Medik8 has made a noticeable difference to my skin

I’m 53, and after rapid weight loss my skin has been dry, dehydrated and less firm. Since using Medik8, I’ve noticed a real improvement in how my skin looks and feels.

I’m a qualified beauty therapist with specialist skincare qualifications. My recommendation comes from both my own results and my understanding of skincare ingredients and how they work within the skin. I’ve used many other brands, including Eve Taylor, Dermalogica, Elemis and Estée Lauder, but Medik8 is the one I keep coming back to.

The customer service has also been consistently excellent. My emails are answered quickly, often almost immediately, and the replies are always helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend Medik8.

I’ve been using Medik8 for over a year now, and it has become one of my favourite skincare brands. The products I repurchase most often are their retinal, cleansers and vitamin C.

My skin has been feeling really good since I started using Medik8. Fine lines have become less noticeable, I haven’t noticed any significant new ones appearing, and my pigmentation has also improved slightly.

I’d also like to mention their customer service. During all this time, I only had one issue with a delivery, and their team dealt with it very quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated their help and the way they handled the situation.

I’ll definitely continue using Medik8 products. For me, the brand offers very good value for money and consistently good quality.

Brought Medik8 at £58.95 for a 30ml pump tube and after 3 small amounts used on 3 different nights I am now struggling to get any cream out !!
What the hell is this ?????? Do I now have to cut the tube to scrape out what is left , at the price I paid I should be getting a good use out of this …. Would not recommend..

I like the product and can see a difference in my under eye area within the first week. However the dispenser is stiff and it sometimes is difficult getting the cream out which is annoying. Good product but dispenser could be improved.

LOVE the 50 SPF eye cream and been using it for years BUT some tubes run out of 'pump' and you know there is more to squeeze out so i cut a corner at the top to squeeze out the remains which lasts for a further month or 2 which i don't want to waste. The current new tube would not release any cream despite lots of pumps so i now just dispense it with a tiny snip at the top and extract it that way. I then pop a clip on it to stop the air reaching it. Hope Medik8 review their packaging on this product as everything else i have in dispensers works efficiently. Highly recommend this as a daytime eye cream - I use only this and its non greasy etc.

Absolutely amazing customer service, speedy response to a query and sorted within a couple of hours

Good product but packaging makes it look like you are getting more than you do. Tube less than half full on delivery day. Just put it in a smaller tube and use less plastic. Got a good offer this time but full price is expensive.
