Absolutely fantastic from USC. Ordered on Weds - parcel received on Sat albeit in communal area NOT my d00rstep but that epitomises Evri unfortunately. Previous order lost by Evri so I contacted USC with my concerns. Excellent customer service.

Quality is average. Not bad, but not great either.

My sliders didn't come in a box or protective bag so sliders have a mark on them

Picking the item was easy but the delivery was terrible. I paid £11,95 for next day delivery. I received an e-mail from dpd stating that delivery has been delayed. Can't see anything on compensation for late deliveries.

Ordered my trainers in early February now April and still not got them

USC is my number one go to site for all my shopping needs. The ease of navigating, and quality and quantity of choices are available makes it easy to get everything I need in one place.

I have been sent a faulty Hugo Boss polo shirt where the badge was lob sided, surely the warehouse staff should have noticed this as it was blatantly obvious the badge wasn’t sewn on right!

Orders within the next day delivery time , to then not receive the item the next day, pointless advertising it.

Terrible service. The website kept looping on the payment section when trying to complete an order. Cleared. Cookies, changed browser, tried a different device and even different payment methods and nothing worked. Tried to get help from customer service who is simply slow and processing me through what feels like a automated process where nobody takes real ownership and I am forced to repeat myself. The worst type of service. I gave up.

Do not buy from *USC CO UK. I repeat - do NOT buy. USC sold me boxers that are not the original design and their website said nothing about a change in the design. I received the packages where all the boxers where in un sealed packages so I had NO way of knowing if they had been used/tried on by other customers. I did not even myself open ANY of the packages and wanted a return and refund as they where clearly not the model I wanted and thought I would get, they just referred to their policy of underwear is not refundable. I have NEVER EVER experienced SO POOR customer service and a total lack of responsibility. Not even the slightest accommodation for a different purchase or an offer to refund me everything except their raw costs for the materials. I will NEVER EVER EVER deal with USC CO UK AGAIN! Shame on you!

The delivery isn't on time, even though you're paying for it to be – that's a bit of a let-down

Not particularly helpful customer service.
Still no refund over a week later from my original complaint. And over 2 weeks since I placed the order so iv been down money.
Not happy.
