Multiplier 

Working with Multiplier has been EXHAUSTING and PAINFUL. STAY AWAY!
If you sign up with them they only thing MULITIPLIED are your PROBLEMS.
1. It first started with the sales representative lying to us about the need for private health insurance for our EU based employees. He said that this is not needed, and can be waived. We were later told by the costumer service rep that this was mandatory and could not be changed, after we had already signed the contract.
2. The sales rep also claimed that the contracts for the employees would be generated in matter of minutes once we had entered their details on the platform and paid the deposit. This also turned out to be a lie and incorrect. It took several days for the documents to be generated and in some cases longer.
3. Then once we had onboarded, the company on several occasions sent us invoices twice or with incorrect amounts, which meant we needed to engage in lengthly communication with them to make sure they were corrected.
4. The company then started charging us in a different currency than the currency of the country where on of our employees was going to be based, adding a RIDICULOUS MARK UP ON THE CONVERSION RATE.
5. They also started charging us an accrual upfront, without having informed us that this was a part of their charges when we had discussed this with their sales rep.
6. We then decided to terminate our contract with them, at first they claimed this was not possible, although the sales rep had told us the contract could be terminated at any time.
7. We are still in the termination process with them, and not only did they send us an invoice with an inaccurate amount for the last month. They also want to charge us for a FULL YEAR of health insurance for one of the employees . First stating that the employee had only resigned after the full year insurance invoice was issued. And after we shared the documents and written notice documenting the employees resignation date, which was prior to the issuance of the invoice, they went on to claim that since the employee was on a permanent contract, we need to pay for a full year of insurance, regardless of the person not being employed anymore and the fact that the contract has a trail period for both parties.
8. In order to get our deposit back we also need to submit a request on their platform, we haven't started this yet, but based on our experience thus far, they might try to do anything in their power to make this a painful and lengthly process.

Working with them has felt like you are constantly at the risk of being scammed, not only do they make mistakes in invoicing and provide incorrect information, they also refuse to take accountability for their actions.
