Our solar inverter failed and, rather than immediately recommending an expensive replacement, Array Electrics took the time to discuss the possibility that the fault could be the AC isolator instead. They offered to attend and test the isolator first, while bringing a replacement inverter with them just in case it was needed. That approach alone could have saved us the cost and inconvenience of a second visit, and showed they were genuinely interested in finding the right solution rather than simply replacing parts.

Communication throughout was excellent. They kept us informed, managed to bring the appointment forward earlier than originally expected, and arrived exactly as promised. The two engineers were professional, friendly, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with. A new inverter was needed, as suspected and we have the peace of mind that we have the best possible outcome.

The pricing was competitive, the workmanship was completed to a very high standard, and the whole experience was straightforward from start to finish. It's becoming increasingly rare to find companies that combine technical knowledge, honesty, good communication, and great customer service so well.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Array Electrics to friends, family, or anyone needing electrical or solar work carried out. A first-class service and excellent value for money.

We were recommended Array Electrics by a neighbour who had already had solar panels installed. We originally spoke to Scott, who gave us the plain facts with no hard sell. When Nathan and the guys came to install, they were very professional in their approach, explaining the equipment and the way forward very clearly, and left the place neat and tidy, with all working beautifully, very easy to monitor, and with assurances that our system would be remotely monitored by Array.
We would recommend them unequivocally.

From Scott’s initial visit to installation of our solar panels, the whole procedure was seamless and hassle free. Scott is so knowledgeable and explained everything in detail with no heavy sell. The survey and scaffolding were carried out on time and the guys who did the installation were amazing, A great bunch of guys who worked like a well oiled machine to carry everything out on time and with no problems whatsoever, leaving the site spotless. The system is great, working better than expectations and it’s lovely to not have to worry about electricity bills as we are generating way more than we use. We can’t recommend Array Electrics highly enough.

When I sought three quotes for a solar panel system, only Array Electrics were willing to send a representative in person to talk me through the process. Scott designed an excellent system, ensured I understood every aspect of the installation, and supplied the latest equipment at a very reasonable price.

The fitting teams were also outstanding — professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. The roofing team successfully overcame the challenge of my difficult roof tiles, while the electrical team installed everything smoothly, including a late addition of an EV wall charger without any issues.

They also took the time to make sure all the relevant apps were set up and working correctly before leaving. Scott has continued to follow up after the installation with further information and checks, which has been greatly appreciated.

Lucy, Lionel, Ash and the whole Team come together to deliver excellence… I have never had such brilliant service and quality equipment from start to finish, you get a teams meeting and everything is explained so thoroughly, all the electricians, the surveyor even the scaffolders were Ace…Ash even helped us download the APP and talk us through it after being on my roof for 8 hours in 32 degrees, we are so happy, if we could give 10 stars we would because it’s well deserved, can only thank you for helping us get on to Solar.

From start to finish the service was first class.
Scott from Array was the first of four companies we invited to quote for the Solar panels and battery storage solution. We were immediately impressed by his professionalism. His product knowledge and straight forward friendly approach with absolutely no pressure was reassuring and by far head and shoulders above the other three.
The proposal emailed later the same day was very detailed and very competitive plus Scott was on hand to answer any questions without delay.
Once the order was placed things really took off. An early installation date was agreed. Scaffolding from Agile Access arrived Friday. The following Tuesday after the Bank Holiday Ashley arrived bright and early with his three guys.
We were again very impressed again by the level of professionalism, everyone was just so polite and pleasant. Everything was fitted without any fuss and no mess.
The installation whilst admittedly small, being just eight panels plus battery and inverter, was completed by mid afternoon.
Ashley talked us both through the workings of the Fox app, checked that we were happy leaving us with the reassurance that the system is monitored and they were only a phone call away should we have any questions.
The guys from Agile Access arrived early Thursday to take the scaffolding down.
So, scaffolding up Friday installation on Tuesday scaffolding down Thursday. Less than a week, including a bank holiday.
All documentation to enable grid export was provided promptly.
To say we are impressed is an understatement.
At every stage everyone did what they said they'd do.

I was impressed by Array from the get go - they were quick to respond to any questions and the online meetings were an excellent way to agree the best way forward. My designer, Lucy, was fantastic and ran lots of different models so I could clearly see the best configuration for my house and make an informed decision. They were very knowledgeable about the different brands and carefully considered my budget to find the most economically efficient option. Survey and install team were on time and efficient and did a great job. The after care has also been amazing. We have been delighted with the results!

Outstanding company from start to finish. Firstly Lucy who adapted the quote as the plan developed, never complaining at the changes we were asking for.
Then the installation. This was a big installation and due to our constraints had to completed in a strict time limit. Ashley and the team went above and beyond to make sure it happened. Post installation support has also been outstanding, we had one issue, fixed very quickly. I cannot recommend Array Electrics highly enough and finally, with our electricity bill down from £300 to 23 pence last month, the system as designed has done everything we wanted and more at a time when due to events in the Middle East energy costs are rising. Had a battery fitted to complement our old solar array. Not a straightforward house to work with. No snags for Array; site visit sorted the best seat up and the fitting went seamlessly.
Needed to sort one minor glitch (possibly self-inflicted), but they were on to it straight away.

We thought long and hard whether to have a solar system installed and what type to go for. As the outlay would be sunstantial we wanted to use a company who would give good unpushy advice and supply quality products. We contacted several companys and eventually decided on Array Electrical. The initial contact was easily made and Josh visited and gave us superb unpushy advice, and left us to think things over. We were still unsure how exactly the installation would be fitted and Scott suggested he visit to talk us through this side of things, he was excellent. He followed up with a couple of options that seemed to fit our requirements in the form of written quotaions. He didn't mind in the least answering further questions to help us decide. We went for the best option that suited us and I have to say all the workmen, technicians and installers, including the scaffolding teams, were polite professional and diligent. Without a doubt we would recommend Array Electrical they were great, so thankyou to you all.

I recently bought some solar panels from Lucy, who was fantastic from start to finish. I’ll be honest, I had no real idea what I needed, but Lucy took the time on several occasions to explain everything and help me choose the best option for me.

The service didn’t stop after the installation either, she even called me the day after the fitting to make sure everything had gone smoothly and that I was happy.

This was one of three companies I was referred to for a quote for solar panels and battery. Someone rang me a few days later but I couldn't speak at that time. We scheduled a call for the following morning and I never heard anything further. Maybe it was a good swerve .....

I worked for them and although I could think they came across professionally. They didn’t pay my wagers that was owed to me. My job was to get them customers who wanted to get a quote on solar panels. This gentleman got a quote based on me knocking on the door and told them it was due to a canvasser at the door why they got a quote . So the company refused to pay me because the gentleman called them and Didn’t get a quote based on the company calling them but it was because of me knocking on the gentlemans why he got a quote

From first enquiry through to installation and commissioning of our solar system, Array Electrics have been excellent. Navigating the world of solar power generation and home installation can be daunting – there are a lot of companies out there offering their services and it can be very difficult to both understand and compare the options available. Array Electrics was recommended to us by Solar Sherpas - a wonderful independent resource offering lots of helpful tips and advice.

Array Electrics stood out from the other companies we received quotes from for a number of reasons. First, responsiveness and attention to detail: Lucy and Scott were brilliant at quickly explaining what we needed to think about, how to best configure our system, and providing all the information we needed in a timely fashion. Second, quality of workmanship: the team
installing the equipment were excellent - clean, friendly, understanding, and obviously very good at what they do! It was all completed in a day and the scaffolding was gone within a few days. Thirdly, customer support: upon completion of the work, both Lucy and Scott kept in
touch to make sure that we fully understood how to get the most out of our system, including registering for payment for power sent back to the grid – they genuinely care about customer service.

To summarise, Array Electrics made the whole process of getting a solar system installed painless – in our view they are consummate professionals that can be trusted and we would strongly recommend them to anybody thinking about going down the road of installing home
solar generation.

Array were one of a few companies I got quotes from. They weren't the cheapest, but at every stage they went above and beyond - whether talking me through how the system would work, or the various components. The modelling was also far more sophisticated than the other companies.

Researching Array on companies house was also very reassuring, showing the length of service and experience, which was unlike many of the other companies I came across.

I have recently had solar installed and I can honestly say that from start to finish they have been amazing . Josh who initially took us through our options and ensured that we had the right system for our size of family, usage and property was fantastic . I instantly trusted him , no question went answered and I never felt I was asking a silly question . These guys are not on commission so I felt they were generally selling me the right system for my usage and ensured I could get the maximum saving on my electricity bills . I would also like to thank Scott Drew who was also happy to answer any question , returned my calls and checked in with me regularly as installing our system was not as straight forward in the beginning . The company are very lucky to have him!! . Come the installation the guys were courteous friendly and ensured I was happy with everything once completed, this is the case with the scaffolding guys too . BRILLANT!! . If you are looking to get solar and there is a lot of companies out there trying to sell it ensure your speak to Array. They may not be the cheapest , but they were very competitive . and you know the saying "you get what you pay for " and we are very happy for what we paid for.
