Hope this is only a temporary measure, but I very much doubt it. Probably a cost cutting exercise. Won't be eating there again if thats the case

De catering is de looproute verkeerd. Veel te lange wachtrij doordat de koffie uitgifte aan de kassa is. Veel oponthoud.

Rude disregarding personnel. They're all nice and smile to you before the purchase. Once you pay everything start to be opposite!
Everything in there has very low quality, nothing is worth buying!
I bought a Sundvall Segovia ebike which broke after 9 uses! They took it for a warranty repair which takes 2 months already. I called them 11 times in total and every time I hear that it will be repaired in a few weeks. A few more weeks once it takes already 2 months!!!
They cannot repair it, they refuse returning money, they refuse providing any replacement ebike.
Today I got a proposal, that I can pay additional 420 euro to get the same kind of ebike with the same features! They want me to pay because their ebike broke after 9 uses, can you believe it???
They don't comply with the warranty conditions and literally break the law. I'm forced to contact my lawyer and sue them. Some one needs to teach a lesson these cheaters!
