Poor quality but fast shipping
What I like is the fats shipping and personal touch given to the order but the quality of the sandals is quite bad compared to its prize. It was so much plastic and hard on the feet. On the first 3 minutes of walking on it the insole detached already, that was so un acceptable. It was also squeaking while you walk. So I was disappointed of how chinese quality it was. 65€ for a hard sandals isnt worth it.

This is my first order and I definitely having a disaster experience. I did not aware of the customs fee for shipping to the UK. And the postal service that was used is so inefficient, Parcel Force sent a letter by post (not sure why it’s not email or text) regarding the customs fee and payment methods to my shipping address which is still not delivered yet. I have no idea what is going to happen. Worse scenario will be fees not able to be paid and the package got sent back to France.

All pricing information (taxes included) is mentioned in our General Conditions of Sale, article 7. Here are our conditions:
“The prices of the Items are displayed in euros for Europe, including all applicable taxes, excluding delivery costs, customs fees and any other possible taxes.

The delivery in Finland was terrible
The delivery in Finland was terrible. They attempted in the middle of the day when I was at work. I tried to call FedEx customer service, but there is none in FI. Only a “robot” that leaded nowhere. Please change to DHL Express. Their service is much more customer centric.
