Van Tilburg Nistelrode begon 75 jaar geleden letterlijk achter de naaimachine en nog steeds is onze vermaakservice één van de belangrijkste pijlers van ons bedrijf. Inmiddels bestaat het atelier uit zo’n 70 coupeuses die met veel zorg en aandacht honderden kledingstukken per dag vermaken.

Bestellingen geplaatst op vrijdag na 15:00 uur en zaterdag voor 15:00 kun je doorgaans op maandag verwachten. Op zaterdag na 15:00 en zondag besteld? Dan wordt deze op maandag meegegeven aan DHL.

My order has not yet been delivered…
My order has not yet been delivered despite my placing the order over a week ago. I received no updates until I had to get in touch. I was told the order was not ‘collected’ and now they don’t know where the order is. The money was taken out of my account immediately upon placing the order but communication has been so shockingly poor I am extremely disappointed - no apology, no update, no sight of my order. Total scam do not order from here.

Nice sweatshirt
The sweatshirt was as it was shown on site and was just what I wanted. The delivery of the sweatshirt was prompt and delivered on time. I am thinking of ordering another one in a different colour, and in a bigger size. My only complaint is, that there is no guide about the fit of the sweatshirts/sweaters.

Very bad experience
I have been to your store a few times, and I have the same experience every time. I don't feel welcomed. No one approached me to greet or say hello. I was holding a pair of boots for a good 10 minutes, and employees were walking around, totally ignoring me as if I were invisible. Very negative experience. Feels to me like only the natives are welcomed. I don't recommend this Shop.
