I signed up for the subscription box over a month ago paid for the box and ive got nothing. I've emailed and tried to contact the company and still no reply so at this rate I don't know what to do. Do I seek legal now as they took my money. I'd like to know what's going in but I don't see that happening..

BUYER BEWARE: Charge then Disappear
BUYER BEWARE: Signed up for subscription on 3/22, they charged my card on 3/24.
Never heard from them on my order despite trying to contact them 3 or 4 times. Today, it seems the website is updated/different; I just tried logging into my account today to check on the order again and they're saying I don't have an account. I tried signing up again to see if it recognized my credentials and they're saying they don't even service my area.
Needless to say, I'm disputing this payment with my bank.

I was very disappointed to be charged 8 days before my billing date. The only notification that was given was on their website which I do not visit on daily basis. I have tried to notify the company and cannot get a response back. I have canceled my subscription and will not be back. I did not agree to have my account charged whenever they feel like it!!
February 2021 vape box disappointments
Got my February 2021 vape box and was very disappointed! I paid $57.30 and got a vape pen from 2018! A 3 YEAR OLD PEN! The site states that they give out new products... Yet how on earth is this a new system??? It is almost next to impossible to get replacement pods for this pen due to how old it is!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on this subscription based website! They are a SCAM!!!!
I'm new to the Vape world
I'm new to the Vape world. I found. Vape-box.com while searching for buttered rum vape juice. After checking other monthly subscriptions and sample boxes I chose Vape-box.com for the pure savings and delightful surprise each month. My only hope is that they start to offer four 30 ml bottles in an exchange for the two 60 ml bottles because there are so many juices to try.

What's up guys I'm back with another review if you guys may know that I reviewed the vape box little by little and now I'll be reviewing the juices and start off with the brand sad boy and I got to say I got two flavors from it which I will be reviewing the other one later it's get started with strawberry blood got to say right off the bat smells good taste good it's not too sweet it's not too unsweet it's just right in the bottle you get with it it's a pretty big bottle I like the whole design of the bottle the colors they use for the lettering and design overall I'm impressed with this flavor and I would like to keep receiving more of these different flavors that's all I got to say guys have a great day stay blessed

After not receiving one of my orders, I contacted Ryan. He was quickly able to track my order and had a replacement sent out the same day. I have been shopping with them for a little while now and I have always received my orders within days of ordering.

I've had this subscription for a while now. Really never had any issues till now. This past month's box had a bottle that had leaked. I wrote into the company got a fairly quick response and they immediately sent a replacement bottle.
