I ordered a disposable vape on 24 of April only to discover that on 27th of May was cancelled by customs. The thing that frustrated me the most was that i waited for a month only to find out that unfortunate news. I was not aware that they were shipping them from the Netherlands due to fact that to my understanding they had a site in the country i was from. After i issued a refund they did not cover the whole amount i paid for the vape. And i am excluding the shipping that was so unreliable i had to pay like 5 euros for.

Good quality but there are a few problems, delivery requires a long time, and tracking numbers did not work for me - it just loaded for a long time and then says "keep working".
But i did eventually get 2 out 3 things that i ordered (vape fluid never arrived).

Really bad customer service.
Ordered a vaporesso vape and 2 liquids about 10 days ago (08/05). I've gotten an email back then saying i'd be receiving a mail with trackingnumbers, which i still have not received.
When trying to contact them trough the website i get an error page.
Order somewhere else if you can. Real bad customer experience.
Edit: 20/05 the 18th, when writing the review above i've also asked them for a refund. Yesterday they've sent me 2 trackingnumbers and today they've answered my mail stating the packages are on their way already and it could still take up to 27 days before arrival. Vawoo sucks.
Noteworthy: Ordered on the 8th, according to the tracking it had been deliverd in my country the 12th (which would be insanely fast) but still, it would take up to a month? i feel like the info they've given me is false.

I ordered a device on this website and then wrote to support to find out the details, but there was no response for over a day.
Tech support hasn't responded after 24+ hours. It's 6:26 PM in my country right now. I've already requested a refund through my bank. If I'd known in advance that this was a scam, I would never have made the purchase. I've contacted support 3 times, but none of them have received a response.

Not gonna lie, when I placed my first order, I thought I’d been scammed because the tracking was a bit confusing. But after I emailed them, I got a prompt response, and their customer service team guided me through everything. Once I understood how to track it properly, things made much more sense.
My parcel arrived within the estimated timeframe, maybe 2–3 days off, but that didn’t bother me at all. The product came in a well-sealed box, and I was genuinely satisfied with both the quality and the service.
Two months later, I placed a second order, and they maintained the same level of quality. Since my first purchase, I’ve been recommending Vawoo to all the vapers I know.
At this point, I feel like I deserve some coupons or discounts 😄
