Paid for this software at almost 100/month for MONTHS and didn't get time to use it. By the time I went to use it i'd paid for THOUSANDS of credits that were unused. I moved to the free plan since I didn't need more credits and they TOOK AWAY ALL OF THE UNUSED CREDITS I'D PAID ALMOST 600 DOLLARS FOR??? Absolute scam of a company.

I don’t have a paid plan with this company and yet they charged me for a full annual subscription!

To make matters worse, they “investigated” and couldn’t locate the transaction on their end. Their recommendation? Contact my bank for a chargeback. No offer to contact their accounts team to search for and refund the amount.

Absolutely irresponsible, unprofessional sharks. The icing on the cake is their product SUCKS. With so many other awesome AI and video editing products on the market these days, do not waste your money here. I stopped using VEED because the video editing features are glitchy, the UI is awful, and there is zero to no customer support.

The worst decision. It is too buggy. Clean audio doesnt work correctly. Zoom into the timeline is not accurate. It is a headeache.

I love it for adding slide shows to my AI songs!! My only complaint is that it's not user friendly for novices. Even after I've made a dozen videos, I still have to search to figure out how to start a new video. Having to go to "Edit" is counter intuitive as I feel that's where I should go to edit an already existing video, not start new. Other than the site layout, the funtionality of the video builder is great for my use! Thank you for asking!!

It's not just about AI. Saves so much time for content creation

The referral program is simply a scam. I decided to test whether joining the partnership program was actually worth it. I recommended it to a friend who is a video maker. He’s been using it for two months and has already spent about $100 on the platform, yet I haven't received a single cent. I contacted them, and they claimed there was an "error" with the intermediary platform and that it would take another 30 days to process my reward. It’s pathetic! I didn't buy that bullshit. They’re a scam. If you’re thinking about recommending Veed, don’t waste your time.

It's a scam. I made a referral using my link. My colleague signed up and paid for the pro plan, but they didn't pay my commission. Don't even waste your time promoting this garbage.

Deceptive marketing. The free plan couldn't even create an avatar for me. It kept giving an error. I tried to upgrade to 25/month, and they charged me 265 to my card. Then it still wouldn't work. Stay away if you want to lose your money.

The AI clone feature was an absolute disaster. I used my own photo and voice, and the output looked nothing like me. The video is unusable, the voice is completely off, and even the language selection failed.

This broken, misleading tool burned through half my credits — I’m down to 2950 because of a feature that clearly does not work.

I’m not tolerating this. VEED wasted my credits on a product that can’t deliver even the bare minimum it promises. I want my credits refunded immediately. I’ve contacted your so‑called help center multiple times and received zero support.

This is a failure of a company — unresponsive, unreliable, and acting like a scam operation. Fix this and refund my credits now.
