Made a small withdrawal ($50) and after a week and a half went to live chat to ask where it is and they say its been taken to pay an outstanding casino balance which is absolute bull . I asked for proof of this outstanding balance etc and they ignored me and closed chat . I withdrew 100 from them last month no worries how they've scammed me outta my 50 bucks . Not much to some but i have vet bills coming up I needed to put that towards . They literally robbed me .

I emailed support and it’s been a month with no reply. Shocking customer service to paying patrons. I’m honestly appalled at the fact they can take your money quickly, yet can’t reply to inquiries.

Constant losing on here is absolutely incredible and there are no deposit bonus offers, or any bonus of any kind offered at all ever.
I feel this casino maybe quite corrupt.

solutions I had a terrible experience with the customer service of Baytree casinos. They seemed incompetent and unhelpful. They didn't know the company structure, and which casinos belonged to which parent company group. Baytree casino groups include Palace group, which includes Royal Mummy Gold and PCasino, and Belle Rock group, which includes Jackpotcity. They didn't honour their promotions and had no understanding of their terms or how to correct anything.

What's even more frustrating is their customer service agents seemed untrained and unaccountable. It felt like the Wild West, and everyone was making their own laws. They were incompetent and didn't seem to care about their customers. They all claimed to be a manager, and there was no way to escalate a complaint or to get a more knowledgeable staff member to help. They were intentionally bullying and unhelpful.

I blame the company for their staffing choices and lack of training. They don't seem to care about their customers anymore, and that's unacceptable.
