VELFAC Reviews 

In 2020 I purchased approximately €25k of Velfac windows (supply only with delivery cost included) from it's Rep of Ireland, 'Certified Partner' Teroco.ie.
Recently, one of the door handles had failed and having returned to Teroco.ie, they advised that Velfac had agreed to replace the defective item, but collection was necessary from the Teroco store over an hour away.
It is telling the value Teroco.ie / Valfac's affords its customers when it fails to honor and extend the simple convenience of shipping a single door handle, for a defective item already installed by the customer, and who is now expected to go to the inconvenience and cost of it's reinstall.

I had a new set of Doors and windows fitted by a recommended Velfac fitter , damaged in the process. Graham came to the rescue and a Strong and Cosiderate Dave turned up early Saturday and with 2 of his fellow workere carried the doors up 4 floors of a narrow London House as a crane to do the job failed to appear.

We changed three windows and two doors via a supplier suggested by Velfac. It has been a long and disappointing process, started in April and not yet concluded: service was provided with no attention to details, during a long period of time and with several visits to fix issues and complete the job. Lastly there was a missed appointment by Velfac to come and change the handles which were mounted wrong. After booking an appointment 2 weeks prior, I stayed home to wait for them and they were a no show. Still haven’t called to reschedule. Disappointing experience all around.

We have a problem with rainwater ingress from a large 4 section Velfac window frame. Reported a few weeks ago, we had a visit today from Miles and Chris, who were understanding, highly professional and very thorough. They took everything apart, identified what was hopefully the cause, and fixed it there and then. Great service - many thanks.

As part of process, my second contact was Chris Harrison as project manager. He has been very helpful, understanding, despite several to and fro emails about details. He was always willing to help and knew his job very well.
Will continue to review once project is complete.
