MINUS 10 STARS!
It's been over 4years since I hired Vercy and not only did they charge me with promises of reducing what I owed the IRS, they caused more damage and more penalties! Not only did I hire them to reduce what I owed the IRS. They took me for about $7000
Now that they got my money from me, I could have paid IRS with that $$.
I have had half a dozen case managers work on my file and only the last one is still working there. Except the self-proclaimed boss Mr Christopher Bell who contacted me and said they needed an additional $4500 to continue working on my file!
They have not saved me one penny in debt with the IRS.
I would like a refund of all the money paid plus the penalty they
DO NOT TRUST THIS UNETHICAL UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!
They need to change their name to Vercy Tax Pain. I would give them a minus 10 if I could.
I will be filing a lawsuit!

After losing trust in Vercy I asked for an email stating that they did file extensions on both my business and personal taxes. John Wengel sent me an email stating that it had been done. But not long after that, I received a notice that I was being penalized by the IRS $3800.00 for not filing the extension on time. I was told to pay it and they would file an abatement that could take over a year to find out if it worked and I would receive my 3800.00 back! Or not!

They need to change their name to Vercy Tax Pain. I would give them a minus 10 if I could.

I started working with Vercy Tax in April of 2022( Now Feb 2024) and its been THE WORST experience and would advise ANYONE to stay far away from them!!!
They DO NOT call you back unless you call them 6, 7, 8 times. The worse responsiveness I've ever experienced from any organization claiming to be professional... and could be due to their constant turnover. Tax Relief services are supposed help eliminate the stress of dealing with tax problems and IRS situations, these guys made it TEN TIMES WORSE! I can probably write a LOT more, but bottom line, they DO NOT have their act together, when they do get back to you its always "oh, we forgot we also need this, and that, and also this, and sign that" Its been almost two years that I've been working with them, and should have cut my losses. Their "5 STAR GOOGLE REVIEWS" are fake, they have NO 5 Star Google reviews... even on their web site when you click on the review it takes you to a random Google page... so i thought I'd not only write a review here, but I'm the ONLY Google reviewer... unless of course they decide to change websites www. vercytax dot com. I think they also have another name.
