you canceled half of my order for no reason, i had to reorder and pay shipping twice i stead of the free shipping that was offered. i was not notified that half my order was cancelled, i had to look up my order on your website after the fact.

Ordered & paid for 2 items - 1 missing
Ordered & paid for 2 items, only one received with no email to say the 2nd item would follow. No customer care number available, the web chat wouldnt defer to an agent even though it was during normal hours. Ticket logged instead and no response yet, really poor customer service... I won't be ordering from Vero Moda online again.
