I am amazed that an English movie cannot have the english subtitles.
This is such a basic feature that is not available here.

I pay for Viaplay sport and have done for several years, all of a sudden i have to pay more than my monthly subscription to watch one UFC event on a business model that the UFC doesn’t even use anymore

Viaplay is honestly one of the most frustrating and stupid streaming services I've ever used. The fact that they charge a subscription fee and still force ads on paying customers is ridiculous. What's the point of paying for a streaming service if you're going to be interrupted by commercials anyway?

Even worse, when you finally find a movie you want to watch, there's a good chance it's not actually included in your subscription. Instead, you're told to rent it or buy it separately. So not only are you paying every month, but you're expected to pay extra on top of that just to watch certain content. It's like paying an entrance fee to a store and then being charged again to look at the products.

The whole experience feels misleading and overpriced. Between the ads, the limited included content, and the constant requests for additional payments, Viaplay offers poor value for money. There are plenty of other streaming services that don't make you feel like you're being nickel-and-dimed every step of the way.

I have to say the service is terrible. Service constantly interrupted. Constantly buffering (no internet issues)

Half way through the Man Utd vs Chelsea match they started playing adverts for 2-3 minutes.

Why I can't see all Premier League matches? Again Liverpool not broadcasted, they sell matches to other streaming services. Cheaters!

Viaplay is a horrible streaming service with a miserable user experience.
The content is ALWAYS buffering. It is impossible to watch something without buffering.
You’re paying an expensive price only for most things to be locked behind the “rent or buy” option.
Oh and they’ve also decided to make the whole account sharing problem the users problem instead of theirs. I for example as a broke university student can’t even use my family’s subscription because of the absolutely IDIOTIC account household rules.
I personally would recommend any other service and even cable tv before Viaplay.

We pay a substantial ammount and the matches we want to see are not televised, tonight Manchester United-West Ham.....not on!

Horrendous commercials. I do not reccomend this app for formula 1. Too bad I paid for a year..

One star is too much, how much do you want to annoy your subscribers. First commercial at F1. It started with a couple of blocks with a few commercial, now 6 blocks with 5 or 6 commercials, do you really hate your subscribers so much? Or were you so stupid to pay too much for the rights and now you let them pay for that. And now a match of Liverpool is suddenly at prime, are you crazy? I pay for the premier league matches and need to switch now to prime to have a double subscription, you guys really lost it and now Im not even complaining about the commentators and the streaming quality, you company messes anything up I hope you get what you deserve.

Worst streaming in the planet. Constant lag and buffering from start to finish of every football game.

Absolute disgrace

Fraud “student offer”.
Viaplay advertises a student offer, but it’s a scam. I’m studying at a Spanish university and this is apparently not ok, as the offer only applies for Danish, Norwegian and Swedish universities. But they only told me this after weeks of trying to pacifying me. And it’s illegal as it not allowed to discriminate within the EU.
What a scam. If they didn’t have monopoly on specific sports rights no one would ever buy their service that impose extra commercials during events.

Watching football match live: Arsenal v Newcastle, which suddenly ended in the 86th minute, ensuring I miss the final goal and result. What an idiotic service, completely frustrating!

What an awful service. Commercial brakes during football games has to be one of the wildest thing ever. Plus I now can't even cancel my subscription apparently I have a year contract - which I didn't sign to. This is the worst service EVER

I canceled my Viaplay subscription but was still charged 2 months. Despite contacting support and opening a chat, the issue has not been resolved. No confirmation of cancellation was ever sent, until costumer service cancelled then I got the email and the service has been very unresponsive.

I expected a simple cancellation process and prompt customer support, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. I hope Viaplay improves their service and addresses billing issues promptly.

Viaplay suchs big time!! This is a “ pay channel” and they implemented commercials during F1 grandprix. Next season i will switch towards F1.com
