The guys from VIA moved me from Lancashire to Aberdeenshire over 2 days. Can’t fault them for effort. After a breakdown on the journey up to Scotland the guys didn’t let me down and turned up at midnight with the second van with my stuff in which included my bed! After 20 years driving HGV’s myself I understand the effort that took. Most companies would have not turned up after a breakdown 100%. The lads where great and the price was very competitive. I would definitely recommend VIA..

I ordered 2 and 3 seater from bossy lounge and they deliverd it in one of your vans and they are fraudsters they scammed me out of 800 pound on the 26/9/25 i have recordings of your van and recordings of the person develering wil be giving all this informaition to police and fraud team .

Booked weeks ago contacted a few days before to confirm job as heard nothing , they clearly had no recollection of my booking as asked me what I was picking up from them !!, day came for collection waiting In All morning , never turned up no answer via text or phone call, Pathetic do not use !

They were very quick and clear with all their communications. They arrived when they said they would, were very friendly and quickly got on with moving my piano out of the house. I’d definitely use them again.

Thank you for dismantling and reassembling our items. Moved a 6 bedroom house successfully with the help of Via Removals and Storage teammembers. The staff were super friendly and polite all the way through. Was a tough job, but we managed to get through it all together.
Going to be using these guys again the next time I move out

Movers turned up 45 minutes late, they were polite but really slow. We had to ask them to fill the van with larger items rather than smaller holdalls. They said they were only doing one trip which was never stated to me during enquiry or booking. They took 3 of them forever to dismantle a wardrobe and desk (which they damaged) so that when it came to remantling these at the new house I said don’t bother as we just wanted them to go. It was getting dark and we needed to get sorted. I’ve never moved before but if I do again, I would be finding a different company.

The team were helpful and efficient. Booked at short notice, they showed up on time and got the job done smoothly. Would recommend. Thankyou

WOW! How amazing are your men! They were the best - honestly! Van was packed like jenga, nothing was broken or smashed! Everything was looked after so so well! Honestly, thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for everything! Really really appreciated! A super long day and still had smiles on their faces, melted my heart, thankyou so much❤

We booked our move which was short notice from Yorkshire to Hampshire. Everything went brilliantly and the three gents were professional, friendly and helpful. This is the second move we have used them for the first 8 years ago and this one, no problems all went so smoothly both times a thoroughly fantastic service
