I’m extremely happy with the VideoScribe whiteboard animation I received. The process was organized from start to finish: clear questions up front, fast updates, and excellent attention to detail. The pacing, visuals, and overall flow were on point—and revisions were handled quickly without any hassle. If you want a high-quality whiteboard video that actually looks professional, this is the service to use.

In my experience I recommend using Videoscribe It's great, it has a really impressive set up and a lot of transitions, effects like morph beside that I really appreciate the team that was ready to help any confusion or difficulty that I was going through.
And this is really something that we should consider, for example, sometimes you could stuck at some point and if you didn't get any interfere from an expert it may end up nothing.

I tested the service and decided to not use them. Unfortunately, since that I get spammed with daily emails with the mention that I cannot opt out of them, as they are "service emails". No guidance at all on how to stop them sending spam, I reached out to my mail provider to block any email comming from this company. Not serious at all.

It works wonderfully. I can implement my ideas well with it.

Excellent program with very responsive customer service, which today is really rare when most organisations use frustrating bots. I am an educator and I find it invaluable for using in teaching and learning. I've been using it on and off for over 6 years. Perfect for those teachers and trainers who are not animators but have a good imagination and love to impart ideas to students in new ways. HIghly recommend!

Videoscribe is easy to use and delivers excellent results. The software service is excellent.

I recently had the need to contact Customer Services about an admin issue, and found the response from the team at Sparkol to be outstanding, not only did they respond with speed, but they also continued to contact me as they worked through my request.
As for attitude and response I cannot fault them. Indeed it's extremely reassuring that you can rely on a business that really cares for their customers, and the 'extra mile' is just part of their working process....

Excellent customer service. A fairly complex file issue which couldn't be solved by local IT support was fixed in the same day by the team at Sparkol, which allowed me to get on with my project. Very grateful.

Looked at a few of the top white animation software, although not 100 percent perfect, videoscribe was the top of the front runners for my needs.
Also very good customer service, replied to an issue I had very promptly, and was answered by a real human, and issue was resolved.

I'm newer to using a program like Videoscribe, so it took a little time to navigate. What makes it stand out from the others is the EXCELLENT customer service! The team reached out to me nearly immediately and was able to resolve my technical issue without a hitch.

Use Sparkol though work for the provision of software. The product itself (VideoScribe) is excellent and so user friendly but the customer service we have received has been exceptional. I have contacted to change different things etc and have always been met with professional, personable and really efficient service. It is so nice to actually get support from "real" people as opposed to computer generated "bots". Everyone I have met has been helpful, and really professional. Looking forward to working with Sparkol going forward. No hesitation recommending.

Videoscribe can easily and effectively produce videos using a wide variety of illustrations. I appreciate them the most because of their convenience, and there is a unique distinction that sets them apart.

This business is terrible. They renewed my subscription without reminding me via email, even though they promised to do so in their Terms and Conditions. When I brought this up with them, they were rude and claimed they had sent an email, but I couldn't find it, even in my spam folder.

Videoscribe, Managed by Sparkol is a great service I decided that the software wasn't going to fit my team of editors with MacBook Pro updates and Chrome feature because we had some rendering download issues and line glitches we are sure that they may be working on fixing or updating any errors or bugs but we have to keep our production moving fast and had to cancel but overall great customer support due to the situation they would not normally refund but with my editing team we decided to not do whiteboarding and the customer support offered us a one time only refund which is rare and we are very grateful. Wonderful service. Very understanding.

Impressive responsetime and also fast resolution time.
Most impressive is that I "only" have a single user license for VideoScribe but still get this fast responses.
