Great product, please do tubs!
Got the variety pack on the P&P only deal and it was a great way to try the flavours, love the flexibility of the ‘build your own’ box once I knew what I liked. Dissolve easily and taste great, just wish they sold tubs as well as sachets from an environmental perspective.

I have been using these drinks for a few months now and have found a significant improvement in my well being. I have to admit I have never been a great drinker of plain water, but these little sachets are amazing and I'm now drinking more water, and enjoying experimenting with the wide selection of flavours.
I would just like to make a little suggestion, as I take a selection of these sachets into the office each week, it would be nice to have a customise holder on my desk, and would also be a good advertisement for your product as I have been asked on several occasions what I'm drinking.

Literally changed my life
Literally changed my life! - Im a chronic migraine sufferer and they can knock me out for days. I have 1-2 vidrates a day and I now dont have anywhere near as many headaches & migraines. And if i do get one, they never last as long! I struggle to drink enough a day and these really help. They taste like squash and aren't salty like lots i have tried. I have a subscription set up on their website and its super easy to use.

Didn't enjoy product
As a company, no issue whatsoever. Website easy to use, subscription easy to manage (which is a real plus, too many companies make it hard to find!) Received very quickly and packed well. There were a lot of flavours available
-1 star just because i didn't like the product - I felt they were very 'cheap' / weak , artificial tasting. my husband felt the same too. We did both agree that they weren't salty, one of the few that we agree on!
ETA - the product itself seemed to work - I continued to feel good after changing over to vidrate for the week from a different product

I love Vidrate. My favourite flavour is Coconut but all the flavours are amazing. I have started half my work force on them and family to. Some real good prices out there for such an amazing product. I am hooked.

Easy, tasty and it works (for me at least!)
I recently learnt that being on certain meds can you leave you low of electrolytes. So I’ve tied two electrolytes products recently and I am really getting on with Vidrate. I feel better, more alert and am sleeping better. Their website says you can take up to 3 a day, but I am only taking one and definitely feel better. Small product, big difference. Remarkably surprised, I must say. Also the fact they are small and individually wrapped is helpful for having them with you on the go. I take mine in the afternoon, it definitely makes me feel better and less sluggish.

I am very impressed with the customer service that I received from vidrate. My order went missing due to Royal Mail not following the correct delivery instructions I raise this point with vidrate even though the issue was with Romeo and the very kindly replaced my order and placed it on the next day delivery. Unfair that they are out-of-pocket due to the couriers terrible service, but it is very much appreciated. The team which I dealt with handled my issue professionally and promptly

Had a issue with delivery no fault of…
Had a issue with delivery no fault of the company but there was a issue with some body taking the parcel from my post box. Sent a email within a hour had it resolved and another sent out, and received it the next day, what a great experience with a great company and to top it off the product is beautiful have only tried the coconut but will definitely be keeping the subscription thanks alot.

Took money after cancellation. …
I had the free trial and definitely cancelled after I tasted the product.
Now ive been charged £16 from my account.
