I tried to use it for my channel and it was useless.

Irrelevant footages, graphs & background music.

Prolonged images that literally kill the retention , i contacted the team twice and still no response.

i gave it a try for a few projects but it was complete waste of time & energe so I am about to raise a refund request through my bank.

EDIT/UPDATE:
After this review was posted, I contacted VidRush support team through e-mail, as per their request, and my refund was granted. Personally, in case of any issues, I would recommend to reach out to their support team through e-mail.

I invested in VidRush AI as a YouTube content creator. If you are considering investing in this tool, I personally would NOT recommend it. This tool generates only a Documentary or a TOP 10 video, which is something you should keep in mind, as you might not be satisfied with the output.
The main issue, though, was that once I created a video, it was close to impossible to edit it, as it kept continuously buffering. The final video, after rendering, did not seem to have that issue (as of now); however, since I couldn't do any editing, the video did not look good at all.
Once I reached Customer support about a possible refund, I was met with endless questions, even though I already explained the issue, provided Project ID and a video (of the buffering) as proof. It seems as if we're going in circles about this issue.
Getting in is hard, but getting a refund seems to be even harder. Overall, NOT a great experience.

If you want to throw your hard-earned money into a black hole, go ahead and subscribe to Vidrush AI. I fell for the "AI Guru" hype on social media, but the actual experience was nothing short of a digital nightmare.

1. Marketing vs. Reality: A Total Lie!

The ads on Instagram and TikTok make it look like you can generate a viral masterpiece with one click. In reality, the output is garbage. The "AI" strings together random, low-quality stock footage that barely relates to the script. You'll spend more time fixing its mistakes than if you had just edited the video yourself from scratch.

2. Technical Trash (Audio & Video Glitches)

Their "advanced" AI is riddled with bugs. Halfway through a generation, the audio often turns into robotic screeching or distorted noise, making the final video completely unusable. Sometimes the system crashes during the export phase, and you lose your credits for nothing. For $80-$100 a month, this level of incompetence is unacceptable.
4. Non-Existent Customer Support

Contacting their support team is like shouting into a void. It takes days—sometimes over a week—to get a response, and when you do, it’s a copy-pasted script telling you why they can't help or refund you. They clearly care about your credit card number, not your user experience.

5. Final Warning: STAY AWAY!

Vidrush AI feels like a classic "Pump and Dump" scheme—spending millions on flashy ads to lure in unsuspecting creators before they realize the tool is half-baked. Even the account cancellation process is intentionally confusing to ensure they can squeeze one more month of billing out of you.

My Advice: Do not touch this tool with a ten-foot pole. Learn to edit yourself or hire a real human editor. Vidrush AI is nothing but an overhyped, overpriced, and under-delivered scam!

The tool is great. I am using vidrush + my own editors to create videos for my channel. So far, the vidrush videos went viral much faster and more often than the ones my editors did.

AND, I created those videos in 1-2 hours, with minimal input on my end. Maybe I changed 1 or 2 scenes.

The videos turn out very good. Mind you, I am doing documentaries, which vidrush is built for.

And when i had an issue with rendering a video, the support team got it sorted out while I was asleep.

One thing I'd wish this tool can do is allow more freedom to edit the finished videos. And have a proper timeline, so you can add more clips, split the voice and music on separate tracks, and let me polish the videos to my likings.

I applied for VidRush access and joined the waitlist on July 24, using my main account. I only received one confirmation email about joining the waitlist, and no updates since then. On August 4 I sent a first follow-up email, but from a different account than the one I actually used to join the waitlist. Today, August 6, I sent a second follow-up, this time from the same account I used to join the waitlist on July 24 — so it should be immediately traceable to my original request.

It's been almost two weeks with no real response, aside from that initial automatic confirmation. I understand access is invite-based and request volume can be high, but I'd really appreciate if someone could specifically check my case and unlock access, rather than leaving it stuck with no explanation.

I've only read good things about what VidRush can do, which is exactly why this silence feels frustrating. I'm not asking for special treatment — just for my request, in the waitlist since July 24 and followed up on again today from the correct account, to finally get reviewed and approved.

I'm a YouTube creator who invested in vidRush after watching promotional videos. Honest warning: if you're planning to buy vidRush based on creator sponsored content, reconsider. The tool generates repetitive output no matter what prompt or command you give. A 5-6 minute video script gets 3-4 CTAs dumped in it every single time. I tried every possible way to fix this, nothing worked. The "repetitive slop" problem has no solution on their end. Your dream of growing your channel deserves better tools than this.
