Nothing received
Put an order in on a Monday night, still nothing the following Tuesday (8 days). Online chat is useless (when you finally get a response), all they say is it has been escalated but nothing eventuates.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Viewsexpert is an expert in nothing. They say to "Sit back and relax and the views will come in over a 24-72 hour window". We have seen nothing with the exception of a few views and our window is already complete. So first of all, they failed to meet delivery on the terms they promised.
Next their customer service is non-existent. We have been sending messages through their so-called chat over the past 3 days and all we received were two canned responses to our multiple requests for action to be taken. Sending an email to them is a jokes as well and their so-called "US Phone Number" is a fake number. There is no way to contact them at all other than their so called chat and an email address so Viewsexpert gets an "F" for communication because there is none.
In closing, Viewsexpert is a definite scam, don't even bother with them, they are garbage. Looking at the reviews, one can see that there is no response from them because again, there is no communication. There are many other more reputable companies out there to work with.
I purchased Premium views with them which they promise to be specific to your channel and lead to real engagement with my content and all i got was empty views with no likes and nothing... What a waste.. That's actually detrimental for a channel
Do not use this service. I used this company to boost my video by 1000 views and it is still on 660. In tried to email them to see what was happening with my order many times and also worth mentioning their online message system is always offline and they never email a reply even though it says they will. It is a complete scam and you should not use this service. Also they took down my last post and someone else's that was 1 star and left the only half decent review that they have ever had which is out of order. I never received a refund or even an explanation for why they didn't run my promotion.
I ordered from these for my Youtube about 5 times, 4 times they was decent enough, but my final time they haven't for filled an order, which they say takes between 24-72 hours, its been over a week now, I have wrote to them 8 times and they keep saying that they will check it, also be wary about ordering shares.
Not completely bad, but customer service is dreadful.
