My review is about village heating am shocked really one of village heating engineers came to my mums house to repair boiler wasn’t able to fix it he came twice then he said he’s new to the company just months with the company but the company is shit bla bla not a good company to work for , to be fair i see new engineers every other week company must be shit for people to keep leaving…..now reason why am making this review this village heating guy told my mom he can do the repairs private as long she willing to pay because village heating is shit company I thought this guy must be mad asking my mom for money to fix her boiler even though you said you just started working with them we told him we’ll think about it

The admin's response times for the online webform enquiry and direct emails could definately be improved as it took several attempts over 10 days to get any progress. My third email was CC'd to three representatives in office but typical that neither of them took the initiative to inform me they had arranged for a technician to attend that evening. Nevertheless my persistence paid off as I was pleased when Wai Hong arrived at my door at the end of his day around 6pm to repair the faulty boiler. Finally!
I see him as another example of an engineer on the frontline who is a proven asset to the company.
Thanks Wai, I honestly hope the supervisors at VHL give you credit for your good effort.
Engineer Madison was exceptional. The knowledge and attention to detail was incredible, but most of all, her desire to solve my problem and really get to the root of the issue made me feel like someone genuinely cared. Madison is a real asset to the VHL team, thank you.

Had a leak, rang VHL in the morning just after 9am they arrived at around 11am fixed the leak very happy with the work carried out , not the cheapest but reliable and trustworthy

Boiler broke down leaving us with no heating or hot water. So spoke to my brother in law and he recommended VHL being as he’d used them in the past. Phoned up and spoke to a women called Aeva who could not of been more helpfull. She managed to get us booked in for the next day. All sorted now, it turned out to be a faulty flow return valve that was fixed in under an hour. Overall a very professional service

My dear Mum rang me in a panic as her boiler was having issues. Not knowing who to call, a friend recommended VHL.
This was a Saturday so I didn’t think I’d get anywhere fast but took a chance and rang them. Aeva took my call who listened to my “drama” and gave assurances all would be sorted the next day. And if by magic it was. Can’t praise the company enough, massive thanks to Aeva and the out of hours team
