Garbage

Garbage, needed for an event on 14th May. Ordered 30th April. Chased 11th May, to be told ‘lost in transit, refund issued’.
Refund won’t hit my account in time to repurchase

Unfortunately, the parcel was confirmed as lost in transit by the courier, which was outside of our control. As soon as this was identified, we processed the refund immediately on our side. Refunds can sometimes take a few working days to appear back in your account depending on your bank’s processing times.

Next day delivery, even on standard delivery option.

Bottles received yesterday, thanks. Almost always next day delivery, even on the standard delivery option. Exceptionally fast dispatch & arrival. I will continue to order from here + they stock some of the best mixers that aren't available elsewhere. No protective bottle bags included for any glass orders, but I have never received anything damaged.

Is this a joke? Write a review for the item j havent received?
I ordered this item 10 days ago. You promised 48hour delivery. Its not here, hasnt been collected by a courier.
I raised a complaint which also hasnt been answered.
This was supposed to be a gift. I ordered it well in time for the event, but you just have not delivered. Thanks for nothing

Great prices and good service

Great prices. Prompt despatch and delivery.
One glass in gift set was broken, better packaging would have prevented this. No replacement was available but was given a discount on original price which was paid back straightaway.
Overall good service. Would use again and recommend.

Terrible Delivery - still hasn't arrived 8 weeks later!

Terrible service. Purchased end of November 2025 for Christmas and it's never arrived. I get sporadic emails from someone saying it will be delivered and it never has been.

They sent me the wrong order.

Needless to say I’m absolutely fuming. I bought my grandad (who’d just completed six weeks of intensive cancer treatment) a bottle of his favourite scotch whiskey, a gift box and a card that wished him well and reassured him that everyone in the family loved him. It was meant to be something nice, a thoughtful gift for a man with cancer, but what came to the door on the 14th of this month completely took the mick. Instead of the sentimental note, bottle of scotch and red gift box (which costs 6.99 by the way…), he instead received a bottle of Benedictine and a card saying ‘happy birthday Vicky x’!

I’ve since tried getting in touch with their customer services to resolve this issue on three separate occasions but I continue to get ignored time and time again.

Needless to say, I will never be purchasing a thing from ‘VIP bottles’ again and would strongly advise against procuring their services to anyone reading this.

Well it arrived

Well it arrived. Nothing else in the box in form of protecting the glass...just a bottle rolling around in an excessively sized box for the bottle in question. It is what it is i guess. Dont think I'll be back.

Never arrived

Paid extra to ensure next day delivery as it was a Christmas gift. Never arrived. Then eventually 9 days later they delivered it to a neighbours house of which I can now not get the product. Not the companies fault but by looking at the other reviews they need to change there courier ASAP
