Visorando is a great help in my hikes.

Visorando is a great help in my hikes.
I've always found it difficult to search and find the right hike on the crowdsourced competitors. Visorando is more curated and is easier to get value from. It really feels like it's designed for serious hikers or ones that really want to control their hiking experience (from planning to tracking).
I highly recommend using it

UK ordnance survey maps have disappeared

I have subscribed to VR for a few years and think it's excellent however all UK Topo maps have disappeared just as we're off on a walking holiday. I contacted them and got the 'reply within 14 days' reply. Just cancelled subscription and input this review to see if it chivvies them up.

Hi Ian Alexander, I am sorry you encountered such an issue just as you went on holidays and you didn't get the reply within 14 days...

My colleague shared that she received your message on August 13th and she replied on August 14th .... explaining the bug that happened with the OS maps... Did you have any issue with your email box maybe ? or did it go into the spam?

Of course this review is catching my attention as I was really surprised you didn't get any reply sooner. I can send you a screenshot of the messages and dates if you wish ?

I love Visorando

I love Visorando. The ability to plot and save walks is superb as is the facility to directly download a GPX and PDF version of your route. Following an uploaded route is also great. If I have one criticism its that to submit a walk for inclusion on the site requires a load of detail. If this were a simpler process then I would have already uploaded many walks!

Hi Colin, Thank you for taking the time to write this feedback! Indeed having a walk to be published is quite of a process... We are trying some ways to improve it, that's not easy. However the rewards are worth the effort. For now, that's one of the best ways to be able to offer curated walks. You can still share links to your route to your personal network for them to enjoy ;-) Enjoy your walks!

I have tried to cancel my subscription…

I have tried to cancel my subscription BEFORE the 3 day trial and the money has still been taken from my account.
Please refund my subscription.
This is unprofessional. Very quick to take the money despite cancelling through the app on the same day. Be very careful.

Impossible to stop their constant, unwanted emails!

I visited this site and printed a lovely walk! It seemed simple, straightforward and easy! HOWEVER, now I cannot get rid of their constant emails! I have tried repeatedly to unsubscribe - doesn't work. I did not set up an account, once they get your email, that's it I'm afraid! I have emailed them direct to just remove my private email from their records. That doesn't seem to work either. Any tips someone!! If they read this, just remove me please!!
