I Highly Recommend

I ordered 2 sets of business card, but when i received them I was not happy. But thanks to Christian Zoe who corrected the issue in a timely manner and walked me through the entire process with professionalism and resolved my issue in a timely manner. I made a mistake on my order and…

I made a mistake on my order and reached out to VistaPrint to see if it could be corrected. I spoke with Jeseemei R., and they went above and beyond VistaPrint's responsibility to help me correct my mistake.
I will continue to use VistaPrint as my go-to source for all my printing needs, and I can't recommend them highly enough. What wonderful customer service!

My Tragic Design Flaw

I made a tragic design flaw and the font on my printed business cards was too tiny to read. I connected with Leinad from the Customer Service team and requested a reprint if possible. I received prompt, high-quality support and was able to upload a corrected design to fix the issues. In Leinad's absence, Ken continued the support as I shared my updated design. Both were extremely polite, responsive, and helpful. Thank you, VistaPrint, Leinad, and Ken!

I ordered my business cards on may 12th…

I ordered my business cards on may 12th and the estimate delivery was may 26th but now it’s June 8th and I have no update or business cards. The service is terrible.

I discovered my order was being shipped…

I discovered my order was being shipped to an incorrect address. Spoke with agent Angel and she was able to get me a credit to replace the entire order. VistaPrint has a customer for life! They really saved me some confusion and heartache. My small business really appreciates that.

Mediea G was such a big help!

I love ordering from vista print because everything always looks so professional and the quality is great. I had an issue with one of my orders so I reached out via their chat option.

Mediea G not only resolved my issue but she offered an option to get my product to me as fast as possible. She also personalized the connection- which is incredibly hard to do through chat. But I left feeling really good about my interaction with her.

Their Photo book software is hands down the best…

Their software is hands down the best and easiest software to use for making photo books. Their shuffle button to arrange photos on a page, does not crop photos or try putting horizontal pictures into vertical spots. It is amazing! Also their customer service always goes above and beyond! I appreciate their help each time I reach out!
