I had the pleasure of working with Charlie at Vista Print and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process and went far above and beyond what I ever expected.
Charlie was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, creative, and genuinely cared about helping me and my project succeed. She answered every question I had, provided excellent suggestions, and took exceptional care of me from start to finish. No matter what came up, she did whatever it took to help me get through the process and make sure everything was done properly.

Vistaprint is pretty good with a lot of products. The apparel is a no go for me I ordered 11 shirts, which is a small order and have 3 different ship dates and it takes over a month plus to get your merchandise. Not pleased at all.

I have been using VistaPrint for years! I just had my first complaint ever. I received shirts that became blotchy in the first wash. Shaneil S of VistaPrint immediately replaced my order with no issues. I provided a photo and they resolved the issue. I will always recommend VistaPrint to everyone. Their prices are great, their products are amazing and their customer service is stellar! Best in my book!

I live in the mountains so having things delivered gets tricky. This particular order of 500 business cards was not allowed to go to my post office because of customs who needed a exact address and my address has porch thieves. When this is the case I usually use the UPS store in the nearby town of Bakersfield California. But I couldn't figure out how to say that on the website so customer service email me immediately and gave me perfect and clear instructions and within a couple of minutes I was able to add the UPS store location to my delivery. I actually learned something new in my old age. I responded to customer service with a grateful acknowledgment and they in turn responded as well. I love their customer service. After all, isn't that what gets repeat business? I think so.

I have ordered multiple times from Vista Print and every time the customer service is top notch and the products look amazing. I would highly recommend.
I had a problem with the coating on my business cards. It was not quite what I expected and I was disappointed. On the Chat, I was able to speak with Chris immediately and she took the time to understand the problem and sent me a complimentary reorder of cards. She then followed up a few days later and I would consider that impressive customer service. Thank you Chris!

I am extremely disappointed in the way VistaPrint handled our recent order tied to a major community business event hosted by the Conway Chamber of Commerce.
Our organization committed to providing branded bags for the Chamber’s first-ever Member-to-Member B2B Expo, an important event involving local businesses, community leaders, and professional networking. After placing our order with ample lead time, VistaPrint canceled it, leaving us without the materials we had publicly committed to providing.
This was not simply an inconvenience. It directly impacted our organization’s reputation within the community and created unnecessary stress and embarrassment surrounding a highly visible event. When businesses place orders for time-sensitive community engagements, reliability matters just as much as product quality.
What is most frustrating is the lack of accountability and understanding for the real-world consequences this caused. Community partnerships and public commitments are important, and vendors supporting businesses should recognize the damage caused when commitments are not fulfilled.
I expected significantly better communication, urgency, and customer support from a company of VistaPrint’s size and reputation. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously impacted my confidence in using VistaPrint for future business or event-related needs.

As a youth nonprofit organization, stretching every penny matters. Recently we attempted to place an order, but our tax exempt status had expired. After updating our information and being approved, we were shocked to see that price of the pens in our cart had dramatically increased. BUT - Vistaprint stood by their exceptional customer service and helped make it right.
Our amazing Vista-Print Advisor, Julisa, read our email concern, got back to us almost instantly by phone, verified the price discrepancy, and worked with us to resolve the issue.
Online orders, especially custom orders, commonly have small issues. But we continue to choose Vistaprint, because of the consistently amazing customer support. I placed a very large order of business cards for a political campaign. This order was extremely time sensitive. When I went to check the tracking for the order, I discovered that the order was cancelled. Called them and was told I would have to place a re-order. THEY WOULD NOT ARRIVE ON TIME. So... I called a local print shop (XPress Printing in Colorado Springs) and placed an order. They were only slightly more expensive (but the same as with shipping from VP). The cards will be ready for pickup the next day. Why would I order anything else from VistaPrint?

I just got off of a chat experience. It was so wonderful. Everything I needed help with was done perfectly. There were two times I needed to hold and I was given the exact amount of time the tech needed (2 minutes) and both hold sessions were less than indicated. Perfect Service, Thank you.

I had chosen a design that was unique to my business card and the things that I sell. The person helping me gave me some great feedback as well as a fun and creative idea for the back of my card to promote my product and inspire my audience.
