I have to say that I am extremely frustrated with vistaprint right now.
Two months ago, I made an order for a set of engraved water bottles.
Since then I have had an order shipped, then erroneously returned to vistaprint, then destroyed, then been ghosted by customer service, then finally got a credit to resubmit the order, only to have it cancelled again when Vistaprint mistook the second order for a duplicate order, and finally reinstated.
Only to find out the water bottles are out of a stock one week after I made the replacement order.
I am in complete and utter disbelief at the level of dysfunction and poor customer service I have received. This has truly been the worst experience I have ever had with any online service in my entire professional career.
I shudder to imagine the new ways in which Vistaprint will frustrate and baffle me while I try to get this resolved.

I ordered a self addressing stamp when I received it there was a black blotch on the right side. Called rep who said based on the font/sizing o chose that is normal! I said why wasn't this explained to me while placing online order? Useless company. Never ordering again. Stay away.

I made a mistake and shipped a large order to a completely incorrect address and it was too late to correct it with the carrier. The options were to wait for it to get returned or lost in the system. VistaPrint saw a better way and did a complimentary replacement order for me. Genuinely amazing customer experience. They've found a loyal customer!! Can I give you this card ? " and everyone replies " what is that ? "" it's God's love " when I needed help putting the cards together along with small round stickers and tshirt saying Jesus, vista is very helpful and passionate with the finishing product, it's a group effort, I can't thank you enough. I met a guy who was dragging a big wooden cross around, ( I'm out of shape, lol ) I can wear a tshirt saying Jesus, and walk against the traffic " everywhere, everyone take a moment and focus focus focus on God's presence 🙏 , I'm 60yrs and time is flying by, everywhere needs a revival .
