Always a Winner!

It's been years since I've needed anything professionally printed, but now that I do, I didn't hesitate to use Vista Print again. If I have a formatting problem, they provide quick, friendly help. A comically awful anxiety-inducing nightmare

I have to say that I am extremely frustrated with vistaprint right now.

Two months ago, I made an order for a set of engraved water bottles.

Since then I have had an order shipped, then erroneously returned to vistaprint, then destroyed, then been ghosted by customer service, then finally got a credit to resubmit the order, only to have it cancelled again when Vistaprint mistook the second order for a duplicate order, and finally reinstated.

Only to find out the water bottles are out of a stock one week after I made the replacement order.

I am in complete and utter disbelief at the level of dysfunction and poor customer service I have received. This has truly been the worst experience I have ever had with any online service in my entire professional career.

I shudder to imagine the new ways in which Vistaprint will frustrate and baffle me while I try to get this resolved.

Never again…

I ordered a self addressing stamp when I received it there was a black blotch on the right side. Called rep who said based on the font/sizing o chose that is normal! I said why wasn't this explained to me while placing online order? Useless company. Never ordering again. Stay away.

I made a mistake and VistaPrint saved the day...

I made a mistake and shipped a large order to a completely incorrect address and it was too late to correct it with the carrier. The options were to wait for it to get returned or lost in the system. VistaPrint saw a better way and did a complimentary replacement order for me. Genuinely amazing customer experience. They've found a loyal customer!! Life is good

Life is good, what is life about ? To have a relationship with the Holy Spirit ! Reaching out and being a witness, amen 🙏Vistaprint has helped me with very high quality products, business cards are the best, vivid colors catching their attention, like small paintings ." Can I give you this card ? " and everyone replies " what is that ? "" it's God's love " when I needed help putting the cards together along with small round stickers and tshirt saying Jesus, vista is very helpful and passionate with the finishing product, it's a group effort, I can't thank you enough. I met a guy who was dragging a big wooden cross around, ( I'm out of shape, lol ) I can wear a tshirt saying Jesus, and walk against the traffic " everywhere, everyone take a moment and focus focus focus on God's presence 🙏 , I'm 60yrs and time is flying by, everywhere needs a revival . Soon this life will be like a dream we all had . How do we spend our time? Reaching out and saying " God loves you ❤️ 🙏 " thank you vista for helping me out, everything from putting the cards together and then the shipping is fast !! Any congregation where the Holy Spirit is, I'm there ! Church of Christ is a favorite, everyone is singing, thank you Jesus

We’ve been using VistaPrint for years…

We’ve been using VistaPrint for years for a wide range of business marketing collateral and have consistently had great experiences. From envelopes and business cards to water bottles, stickers, and more...they’ve been a reliable resource for our company branding needs.

We recently had a small issue with the quality/finish of a business card reprint that differed slightly from a previous order (possibly due to a paper stock or supplier change). After reaching out, our customer service representative, Kristine, was fantastic — very responsive, professional, and proactive in offering multiple solutions to help make things right.

Mistakes can happen with any company, but what really matters is how they respond, and VistaPrint clearly values customer satisfaction and stands behind their products. We appreciate the support and will absolutely continue using them for future marketing and print needs.
