Before ordering, I was in doubt about the size, but I received fast and excellent support from Mr. Matthew in Customer Service. If he hadn't helped me, I wouldn't have ordered the shoes.

I ran into a small issue with a belt that was missing with my delivery. Ewelina from the customer service team was brilliant in helping to get it resolved. She was super friendly, responses were fast and made me confident this would be sorted out quickly. I can only recommend this store. High quality and even in the rare event something would go wrong, Ewelina and her team are there to make sure things end up perfectly!

Very disappointing experience with Vitkac.

Last year I ordered a Dsquared2 jacket and received the wrong model. Instead of resolving the issue properly, I was convinced to keep the jacket with the promise of receiving a 20% compensation/discount for a future purchase.

Now, after following up, they suddenly changed the offer to only 10% on sale items and claim the original agreement is no longer valid.

The jacket I received was honestly not even worth the price I originally paid, especially considering it was not the item I ordered in the first place.

What is most disappointing is not only the mistake itself, but the way the situation was handled afterward. Promises were made to keep the customer satisfied, and later quietly reduced without any real accountability.

For a luxury retailer, I expected much better customer service, professionalism, and respect toward loyal customers.

I decided to try out the site with a small Moncler order and was pleasantly surprised and the seamless process for ordering to delivery, together with the quality of the order which matched a scarf I already own perfectly!

The company , kuba in particular, was wonderful and quick to answer questions. My concerns were all related to DHL, not my favorite delivery service. But my package arrived and was exactly what I wanted.

Do not pay a a markup of a few hundred dollars for the COACH Empire 40. You are being taken advantage of.
The bag does tend to sell out, but it also tends to restock quite quickly. I have never gone online to buy one from a COACH retailer and not been able to purchase one. If sold out hit the notify me button, it works! Whatever you do, do not let this retailer price gouge you.

It was a 5-out-of-5 experience. I saw some negative reviews about the company, so I was still suspicious of whether it was legit, even after I ordered a new Diesel bag. They shipped the product in two days, and I got it the day after it was shipped. Good value for the money. Super happy with the order!
