Expensive windows which noone will fix when they go wrong. Do not buy this brand!
We originally fitted our frameless windows with the other UK partner of Vitrocsa (Brava). Ten years on and two of our 5 massive window panes are so full of condensation they look white. It seems that Vitrocsa Brava have gone out of business as they never responded to my calls so we approached this company - Vitrocsa Minimal - to help. They said we would have to pay £600 upfront before they would come and have a look. When their technical guy rang me to organise a time he unbelievably rude and aggressive over the phone. He sounded drunk - slurring and ranting at me. Then when I eventually put the phone down he rang me on repeat for 15 minutes, and then did the same a few days later. We had no choice but to continue to deal with this company as they are the only people in the UK who deal with these windows. In the last 6 weeks have offered us two last minute dates which we could not accommodate. We have given up. We will have to refit different windows at considerable expense. Please do not use them!! Your windows might look good at the beginning but when things go wrong no one wants to know. What a terrible waste of money, and what a bunch of cowboys
