If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid $30USD for unlimited lifetime plan on desktop. I have troubleshooted relentlessly and lost work over fighting this no win battle. I’m honestly going to launch a class action lawsuit against the creators at this point and the reviews here alone give me the ammo I need to do so. They stole my money, and refuse to fix the issue or even reply to me. I even went to a chat through their third party to try and get help because I have emailed many times requesting they just give me my money back. I paid and haven’t even used the service because they wouldn’t switch my account from the free account to paid. So I couldn’t even test it either. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times which requires logging in everytime. And that in itself is a headache because it bugs out. Now they really are stealing from people. they haven’t attempted to charge me again, but I’ll make sure they can’t because I’ll be contacting my financial institution to report this scam and the company through proper channels. I’ve seen many of their review replies here and their behavior is disgusting and unprofessional in the responses. They lack accountability and professionalism and only gaslight and try to roadblock you by saying that’s a serious allegation. Well no shit it’s serious and not an allegation, it’s fact and I can prove it dare to accept the challenge and be out millions of dollars?

Absolute scamming company
Absolute scamming company. They claim to have a 30 day refund policy if you change your mind right before paying. When you actually do wanna go submit a refund it says on the refund policy they don’t issue refunds for people that change their mind. There is also no option to cancel your payment on the website at all. If you do get scammed by them go submit a complaint about consumers right.

I do a small podcast and needed a last minute voiceover, tried voice.ai and genuinely couldn't believe how natural it sounded. Ten minutes to start to finish and it came out better than I expected. This thing is now a permanent part of my workflow!

My annual subscription auto-renewed without any reminder or warning, and I was charged before I even realised it had renewed. I contacted customer support immediately and explained the situation, but they refused to issue a refund, hiding behind a blanket “no refunds for forgotten subscriptions” policy.
Customer service was completely unhelpful and showed zero willingness to consider the circumstances or offer any goodwill, despite me contacting them straight away.
If you’re considering signing up, be aware that your subscription will auto-renew and, if you miss cancelling it, you’re likely to be out of pocket with little sympathy or assistance. There are far better companies that value their customers instead of relying on automatic renewals and refusing to help afterwards.
I won’t be using this service again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

You won't be disappointed
I've tried a bunch of these voice tools and Voice.ai is honestly on another level. The text to speech feature blew me away, it sounds so natural that I had to double check it wasn't a real person. I did run into a small issue and reached out to support not really expecting much, but they got back to me right away and actually solved the problem. You don't see customer service like this often. Give it a try you won't be disappointed!

When you try to login on the app they always create a new account for you (with the same email, i don't even know how it's possible to have a bug so big on your database) and you get the popup to buy a new sub,

Do not get the app if you're looking for A.I voice changers out there that supports custom RVC models.
They allow you to download the app for free but when it comes to using it, they shove a "Please buy the following subscription" in order to use the app. completely shameless. no information on it either, when you open up the app a AD pop up in front and you cannot remove it as it is blocking you from using anything in the app unless you pay for a Subscription. their greed sickens me. Just stick to Hugging face A.I voice changer if you wanna upload custom models. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!

Poor quility
I purchased the Lifetime Pass and tested multiple voices, including character voices and the text-to-speech features.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality. Many of the voices sounded robotic, inconsistent, or significantly different from what I expected. I tested several voices rather than just one and experienced similar issues across multiple models.
I am running the software on a capable PC with an RTX 4060, so hardware performance was not the issue. In my experience, other voice-changing software produced more natural and convincing results.
The concept behind Voice.ai is excellent, and the voice library is large, but the actual voice quality did not meet my expectations. Because of this, I have requested a refund shortly after purchase.
This review reflects my personal experience with the product.

I tried using Voice.ai for their…
I tried using Voice.ai for their 'Instant Voice Clone' feature, but it kept giving me an error saying it wasn't working. I contacted their support team and received no response for a week. I then reached out to request a refund, but got no reply either. If you find yourself in the same situation, it's better to initiate a chargeback through your payment provider rather than waiting for a response from their team.
