Extremely Frustrating – No Response, Critical Issues Still Unresolved

I’m on the Business plan and have been waiting four days for help with two MAJOR issues on my live website chat widget (Wix embed):

Links in chat open for a split second on iOS Safari (iPhone – 95% of my traffic) then instantly snap back to the chat bubble. Customers cannot browse products, read guides or checkout. Unusable on mobile.
Voice output reads full URLs character-by-character ("h t t p s colon slash slash...") despite clear Markdown instructions in the prompt. Sounds robotic and terrible according to the clients' feedback. Some links are over 200 characters long. Can you imagine the Shyriiwook language Chewbacca speaks on your website homepage???

I sent detailed videos, screenshots, prompt excerpts, and the embed code snippet they recommended. Devina asked for more info on March 16, I replied the same day, and… silence. No update, no engineering escalation, nothing.

This is unacceptable not only for a paid Business plan but for any of their customers. These are not minor bugs — they’re breaking my customer experience and sales daily. If you can’t respond in four days to critical widget problems, what’s the point of paying premium?

Avoid if you need reliable, fast support for live sites.

Huge disappointment.

Voiceflow is such an amazing product

Voiceflow is such an amazing product. We started using it as a way to create chatbots for clients and ended up loving the system so much, and seeing the vast potential it has, that we built an entire SaaS around it (FlowBridge Connect)

From a builder stand point, i love the low-code nature of the Voiceflow. It is easy to get going but because its low-code (rather than no-code) it allows us to really fine-tune everything and build something much more complex when needed

As a developer and partner, they have supported us from the beginning, helping us grow and giving us additional opportunities.

I highly recommend working with Voiceflow both as a user or as a potential partner!

Nothing beats Voiceflow

I’ve built dozens chat/voice agents for clients worldwide, and nothing comes close to Voiceflow.

It is perfect for all audiences, you can build a simple chatbot in minutes using the "agent step" or "talk/listen steps", BUT you can also go deep with custom JS functions and full API integrations when you need something advanced.

What really stands out is the people behind it. The team actually listens, the updates come often, and the community is one of the few online groups that’s genuinely helpful.

I started as a beginner just experimenting VoiceFlow, and now I’m building full AI solutions for mid-sized companies, to the point where I could quit my day job and focus completely on this, that wouldn’t have happened without VoiceFlow. That should say enough.

Satisfied with the Voiceflow Platform

I’ve been using Voiceflow for about two years now, and honestly, it’s amazing to see how far the platform has come.

Before switching, I was using Botpress and ran into quite a few challenges, but once I moved to Voiceflow, everything became way smoother. Building chatbots started feeling effortless.

Over time, I’ve seen how quickly the team fixes bugs, rolls out updates, and adds new features. It’s grown from a simple tool for indie developers into a full-on enterprise-level solution.

Lately, I’ve been trying out their voice features, and they’ve improved a lot. I mainly build chat-based projects, and while there’s still room for growth on the Voice side, the progress has been super encouraging; they’re clearly improving it fast.

My clients are also really happy with the results, especially because of the amazing support the Voiceflow team provides.

If you compare it with what’s out there, this is easily one of the best no-code platforms for anyone who doesn’t have a technical background but still wants to create powerful voice or voice-plus-chat AI agents.

Overall, I’m genuinely satisfied and excited to keep building with Voiceflow
