Payment requests after 14 months from cancellation, no chance to talk about it
I canceled my subscription on 23/6/2023. I received confirmation of the cancelation, so I forgot of them. They continued until to withdraw their monthly fee until they couldn’t do it anymore, so I receive their requests to pay. I check their confirmation of cancellation and it actually confirmed on 23.6.23 that my subscription ended in… August 2024! 14 months after my cancelation! I call, write emails and try their online service, I can’t talk to them except a chat with an employee who says he can’t solve the problem since the payments are not in order! I wanted to ask if this 14-months cancellation is even legal, if there was a mistake, no answers and harassment with further payment requests. When I could chat with the guy the same Dutch hiding behind generic rules, with no will to understand the specific case, standard answers and no empathy. I feel scammed and I have gone to the police today.
