Experience visiting and so on was very good with Frau Lückermann. However, the app experience, giving short window for contract review and the contractual documents disappearing during the review process is not ideal. The contracts are not tenant friendly. Please improve transparency and customer digital experience, especially after contract review.
The process is very easy and everything verified via vonovia apps.

I’ve had a very good experience with Vonovia in Berlin. The apartments are well-maintained, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled fairly quickly and professionally.
