Awful service. Last year, I bought a 200 CHF gift for my husband. We went on a long holiday, and after we returned I was faced with a 500 CHF collections bill. I called Wallbusch to pay the amount owed (200 CHF) and explain the delay and ask why they NEVER sent a reminder (or a second note). They refused to discuss the case with me. Never again from this shop! The clothes look good, but after a few washes, the colours fade. 500 CHF for bad quality clothes. NEVER AGAIN!

Once you sign up for the newsletter, you constantly get an A5 envelope full of advertising. Firstly, it's a massive waste of paper. I don't know how a company can be so indifferent to its responsibility for the planet these days. After an email to unsubscribe, nothing happened. After an additional phone call to unsubscribe, nothing happened. On the third phone call, during which I threatened to call a lawyer, I was told that it had now been arranged, but that it would take 6 weeks to process - which in my opinion is also an absolute absurdity if I immediately revoke your right to use my data.
I can't say anything about the quality of the products because I've never ordered from them, but this way of dealing with customers, their data and this waste of paper and resources makes me absolutely not want to deal with it - quite the opposite. If this is how things are done here, I don't want to know where and how the products are made.

The quality is good but the sizes are way way off. M is really XL and not suitable for wearing. Ended in the clothing bin, hope someone XL will enjoy them because for me are more like night gowns than shirts.

I have been a Walbusch Customer for more than 2 years. The quality of their products is excellent. I highly recommend them.

They are a pain in the behind!
After unsubsribing for the third time to the newsletter, my patience is over.

I go often to Timmendorfer Strand and there I can get German made trousers sent to the place we stay. I live in Denmark, therefore the only way to get the trousers is to have the parcels sent to the places we stay. This time I found a pair of Gardeur trousers, which I orderes from Walbusch. I checked the arrival of the parcel before I went down and the service center was so helpful. The nice person I talked with told me, that they also send to Denmark - that is soooo nice. I give the service not only 5 stars, but 6 as everything went so well. I will be back again, thanks for this time.
