Going the extra mile
I was in the Te Aro store looking for a particular item than had been in the sale, but my size was no longer there. The attendant offered to check other stores and ring me. Within a couple of hours she called me back saying there was one last item available in NZ in my size and asked if I'd like it to be couriered to the store, free of charge. She did, I picked it up within 3 days, and am very happy. She went the extra mile and I couldn't have asked for better service.

I thought the storage bag was great
I thought the storage bag was great. The delivery was very prompt.
What I wasn't thrilled about was the automatic payment with my debit card. In the old days I had to put my number in for each purchase, which I prefer.
I think at least you should ask for my CVC number before a purchase is made.
