Anton was really helpful and got everything set up really quickly and he was patient when the set up didn't immediately go to plan. I appreciate his quick replies and phone call.

I was struggling to set up the Element wifi thermostat connected to my sticky mat underfloor heating and Anton was extremely helpful. It is now all set up, programmed and working. In case it helps others who are also struggling with the set up:
- If a temperature is displayed on the thermostat then the initial set up has been done by the installer.
- Go to the 'Note' after 'Step 4 - Initial Set up' in the instruction 'manual'. This explains how to link the thermostat to the My Heating app. This allows you to pair the app to your thermostat and then link to your home wifi. You can then add your room and programme its settings.
It is quite straightforward once you know what you are doing!

I recently had some queries about the technical aspects of the Warmup Pro under tile system and spoke to Anton via WhatsApp who was very helpful and was able to examine the images I sent to him and also sent me screenshots and a very helpful link to an installation video. Much appreciated when it’s possible to speak to someone in person who is so knowledgable and helpful.

Had a customer who urgently required some items, i contacted Marcos who then took over. He came back with all the information i needed within 1hour, i then placed order, items received the following day, The customer was impressed with the service given, but all the credit goes to Marcos @ warmup

Marcos was so helpful with all my questions and very quick to respond. He organised the order for me to collect at my local Topps Tiles, which even they didn’t seem to know could be done. Couldn’t give anything less than 5 stars for feeling confident I’d get the answers I needed quickly. Sorting out the order for collection locally is definitely a 5 plus

Great product and works well but 2 years into its operation we are being charged over 500 for replacement thermostat and call out fee. Two units have failed so far. Watch out for high maintenance costs.
