Should be illegal to do the obnoxious price increase they just did with no warning! My service went from $165 for 3 months to $270 because they are charging a "fuel surcharge" and "environmental fee." The worst part is when asked if the fuel surcharge will go away if prices come down, they say no! Definitely changing trash companies!!
Our Waste pro people are wonderful, reliable and go over and beyond to be friendly and courteous. I could not say one negative thing about them. Our driver is Mickey Walters and helper Nelson Cenevil on Truck # 93
Their Clarksville Tennessee location has the worst customer service. It takes several days to get a response concerning payment of bills.
Epic Fail by This Pathetic Excuse of a Company
This company took over the Sarasota County waste contract on April 1, 2025. It’s now been TWO WEEKS since our garbage or recycling was picked up — the last collection was March 24, 2025.
Calls to both the company and the county have gone absolutely nowhere, and we’re now stuck with a stinking pile of rotting garbage.
Unacceptable.
