Shit service make their customers fool!never deliver product on time

They are affiliate to a repair companies .. witch is FG repairs.. they lost my 316$ diesel watch.. since June it is so exhausting.. they want me to choose only one watch instead of my 316$ value .. I propose them to have a 2 off them and assume the extra.. NO .. I have just one watch.. I’ll go for more

I had a beautiful opportunity to buy some presents for loved ones in Watch Station shop, located in Kildare, Ireland.

Especially I want to thank Mark and Fiachra, they made my experience awesome! Despite the rather modest selection of watches, these people were able to find exactly what I needed! I recommend it!

I placed an order for over £300 for various designer jewellery. I then saw the reviews and got worried. I contacted watch station twice and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and how positive their customer service was. I received the package within 5 working days and very pleased with the products
All came with certification of authentication where applicable and would definitely use again. In hindsight maybe they are trying to improve their brand image, for me a great experience throughout 5 out of 5 stars and highly recommended.

Where do I start. I purchased a watch for my son with these clowns online on October 20, 2024. 4 days later I received a shipping notification from them with a tracking number for purolator. The expected delivery date was Oct 28th according to the shipping notification. However when I went to track it, it read "label created, awaiting carrier pickup". This was the case for the next 10 days! So, decided to contact the customer care number on the website. You guessed it, it wasn't in service. So I did some digging and eventually found a number that worked. And I spoke to a live person. He was helpful, he said he would look into it and check with the shipping company. I was put on hold. When he returned he said it looks like it's out of stock!??? I asked how it could be out of stock if it's been shipped as I had a tracking number. He couldn't answer that. Anyhow folks it seems to me they make up false shipping notifications so they can charge your credit card. I told him I wanted a refund as i needed to purchase elsewhere. He told me he would get back to me 3 days later. I then received and email from watchstation asking me to rate my purchase experience with them? What a nightmare. Anyhow, I did get an email from them as promised and they agreed to refund my money. I was skeptical based on other reviews but I do finally see a refund on my card. Buy elsewhere if you don't want to deal with this hassle. Read the reviews!

Not goin gave u my story just don’t order anything from here they will send u the wrong watch and ask u to put ur order in again you from the day i ordered i they gave me weird vibes just no I return the watch and waiting for my money to be returned

My watch arrived faulty, I’m not able to speak to a human on the smartwatch team as they don’t have a telephone number and can only give assistance via email. It’s 2024, absolutely appalling service. It will be returned and I will never shop or recommend you to anyone!

Ordered a DKNY watch end of December and this is worn a handful of times. The top rings supplied with it do not stay on and fall off. The braclet strap as broken aswell.

Been back and forth emailing regarding warranty and getting the watch repaired.

Do not recommended buying anything as they just want more money off you when things go wrong after 7mths.

I have shopped on watch station before and was over the moon with them. This time though I paid for my order. The next day they took 1p from my account I was suspicious about this so contacted my bank. The next day they took £105.39 out my bank so it was pending. I have contacted them twice with no reply. I am ragging about this I am already suffering with anxiety and depression and I like to treat myself to cheer myself up. Then this happens to me. Such a shame with this company as they have brilliant deals on but I will never again use this site shocking.

They scammers took money from the card. They did not send a tracking number and did not refund the money. One word "scammers"

I ordered 2 watches from website. i had to enter the order 3 times, because the system kept refunding me the amount of the watches the next day with no explanation after having to talk to 3 clerks, they finally transfer me to a supervisor, Coco, she basically said: she cant do anything, and didnt care if i escalated the issue. How does this company hire these type of people to handle customer service inquiries??

Well we're do I begin to praise the wonderful staff in the Watch Station Outlet store, York. Johnny, Jess, Harry, Liv, what a team you've got Harry, but as discussed with you, a team works to its best when the manager is professional, helpful, polite, has perfect customer service skills. To me you are all this, which made my first visit to Watch Station perfect. Thankyou Liv for setting up my beautiful Fosil smart watch. Scam , watch came already ticking with correct time. I wore it for 2 days and it steamed up. He the accused me of having it in water, I never , even tho it is water resistant. In my opinion they are all returned watches and that's why they are discounted. Scam. Awful customer service

Great customer service in WatchStation Outlet in Cheshire Oaks by Sarah. She was very attentive to my elderley mum and had a vast knowledge of what was available in the store. Very polite and excellent customer service skills. An assessment to the store.

I will not recommend this company to anyone! Don’t buy your watch with them.

Bought two watches with them, one never receive it even 2 months later still not receive refund yet.

Another one bought and returned straight away as it’s not in very good quality. They received my return 3 weeks ago, and still receive no refund at all!

So two of my watches costing £230 still not refunded by these lot yet. Had to involved Visa to deal with this.

So I suggest: avoid this company. They answered the phone when u called them and speak so politely, but nothing’s done. They are not honest and not trustworthy!!!

An absolute joke this lot, seems a lot of other people are having the same problems. Being ignored over email, been waiting nearly a month now for a refund. Avoid at all costs

I've had 2 orders made since making an online account with Watch station. Both times I've been happy with the items received and the service. Packaging is good and the offers are great too. Will definitely buy from here again in the future.
