My medicines are still not delivered!!!

Both Watsons and LBC just lying that they will deliver within the day or they already coordinate with their team since monday and until now, I still didn’t receive my order!!!

I went in Watsons SM Bacolod (Southwing) yesterday, March 11, 2026 about 3:40 pm, to buy some of their products. I was happy all through out since I saw all that I wanted (nail polish, etc.) .
However, when I went to the cashier to pay, I was waiting for my turn in the smac prestige line but the chubby cashier told me to back up. (She's not even the one assigned in the prestige!) But I did back up. She said I was blocking the line. But there were only 2 of us waiting on line and there is a space on my side to walk through. She was mean half shouting at me. I think she judge what I wore and decided she could just bully me since I wore my cheap clothes that day. That chubby cashier has a bad attitude! I just want to cry after paying. She didn't think I could be an owner of a prestige card.

This store is great for shopping cause it has everything you need. I frequent any watson’s near me. Every time I forget a hygiene essential, this store has it. Most of the time the staff are a bit overbearing with following you around, i hate that. Good thing they changed it now, you get to grab a basket that says you don’t need their help. It’s good that watson’s listen to customer concerns.

Had a wonderful time shopping at Watsons! The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I needed. Checkout was quick, and I even got some great deals on skincare products. Will definitely be coming back!

Don't make a mistake on getting their express delivery service specially for critical medicines, it's not express at all!!
It is already 12 days since I paid for a bottle of medicine which is out of stock from our provider, but they haven't been able to deliver where they claim delivery should only take 3-5 days.
Another pain is that I had to call them daily since the 6th day as we really needed that medicine but the same generic response and no call back as they promised. In fairness, it is actually their nominated courier LBC that has a problem still this is Watson's end-to-end service so they need to manage their forwarder.

So far this is the worst experience i got with watson, I bought an EB make up and it was buy 1 take 1 at that time, I just grab 2 boxes of brow gel then pay at the cashier, I did not have the time to check if there is any content in the box since I bought about 12 products. I also did not bother to check it, I only got to check it when I got home in butuan city, so I ask my cousin to go to their store. I send a picture of the receipt, how the box is empty, and my face for identification. I know they have their policy to follow, but I can't go to another city at these week since I have classes and I am still a student, the money for the bus fare would be to heavy for me, which is not worth going back for 1 product. Lesson learned, always check the inside if you are going to buy cause it really did not do me justice, Why even bother displaying a product to sell if the inside of the box has no content. So disappointed

I used to shop at Watsons since this is very accessible to everyone; however, I'm no longer comfortable with the pushy and not so nice sales personnel. I wish they could improve this.

I just purchased today with a different items and a ONLY one face mask however the cashier punch a face mask that cost php 499 that's the whole cost the whole pack of the facemask. I even have to came back on Watson Highway Hills Mandaluyong that's the branch in able to be it corrected. The cashier and stuff were asking me what they're gonna do about it, they supposedly know what are they gonna do for their faults, they don't even apologize and I felt that I am not welcome any more or it's my fault because I am just asking for a refund. The whole time I was shopping around the guard keeps following me like I will steal their products while they're the one who will just me overpriced for just one face mask though they refunded the money but they made me wait and assist me last. I hope you train your staffs on how to their jobs and how to treat your customers

I ordered at Watson PH Online app a Cethaphil wash and Shampoo including a lotion for my granddaughter as she has some allergies on her skin. I even availed express delivery so we can receive it asap as my Grand daughter needs it. Unfortunately we never receive the item, but on their app it stated that it was

It makes me angry🤬🤬🤬 as when i sent a mail on their Customer service, they insist we receive the item wherein, as we did not. They can't even prove that it was delivered right to our door. Can you imagine upon checking the delivery status, the courier who deliver it is from Grab Thailand, and the number is +66020212530. So how can you contact the courier if its from Thailand. Common sense Watson.ph your courier is from Thailand and will deliver my order here in the Philippines, are you joking????

I kept in touch with them, but so far up to this date Sep 3. 2024 I don't receive any news at all, I don't have an idea if how will they address this issue as it was paid already. I'm thingking of bringing this to the DTI as I have all the proof so can give them a lesson. Beware of shopping on their online app you might encounter what I experienced.

Not sure if this one is only for the online shop, but I still want to write a review. So far, the products I wish to buy are almost always available at Watsons. The sales people are actually pretty kind though, and they immediately directed me to the product I was looking for. Their products aren't cheap, so expect to spend more than 500 pesos+ haha!

And yes, the personnel in the Watsons shops certainly are allowed to think that they are superior to their customers. You always get the feeling there that you have to behave like a thankful slave. I hate these people. They have no idea about what customer service is. They think they are our masters and if we want to buy something we have to patiently wait in line like servants until they are ready to get your money and then they will let you feel how low you are. Of course the low humans are they themselves.

Moreover, Watsons Phils must be one of the worst managed companies in the world. I live in Panglao, Bohol, and i regularly get emails that encourage me to buy online with Watsons. Sadly, their webside is a pile of junk. I can't even enter my delivery address in Visayas and if i decide to have the goods delivered to a local Watsons shop here, then that app also doesn't work and i can't select any shop here, even if the region is provided in the list. If such a situation is allowed to persist for such a long time, then there must be really totally non-interested and incompetent people at the top of this company.

So i went to the shops to get Sirdalud. 30x2mmg. One shop had 10 pcs and the other also had 10 pcs. When i asked if they can order it, they said it is already ordered. So i asked if they can text me when it arrives, because i need it. They said no, but they gave me a card with a cp number on it. They said to call or text that number to inquire about the delivery, because they had no idea when the meds would arrive. I called and texted that number 20 times, but nobody ever replied.

So then i decided to file a complaint on their website, but that also didn't work. Trying to send the message returned an error message "internal server error". So they are so perfect in... incompetence. When i imagine that people are paid salaries to destroy a company, i get angry.

PS: I am not alone with this kind of experience with Watsons. There are many others with the same complaints, but for the Watsons management, who clearly select the wrong personel, probably because they select the same type of people like themselves down the line, it is not a problem because they never see the criticism.
