Love this company. Loved the REIGN product. They were there the entire time helping me set things up; and when things went wrong? They were quick to take action and help find a solution.

After 16 years of buying WordPress themes and plugins, I know exactly what bad support looks like and Wbcom Designs is the polar opposite.

My setup was a nightmare: multiple tools, deep integrations, custom configurations that required real back-and-forth. Most vendors would've pointed me to a knowledge base article and disappeared. Not Wbcom Designs. Every time I reached out, they responded fast, understood the problem immediately, and delivered custom code snippets that actually solved my issues.

This is the standard every software company should be held to. Genuinely one of the best technical support experiences I've had in nearly two decades of building on WordPress. These guys have earned a customer for life.

I was using an excellent plugin created by Wbcom Designs and had both an error and discovered a slight bug in one aspect of the plugin. After creating a support ticket - I got a super-quick response and discovered the error was on my part and was fixed right away. Regarding the bug - I was thanked and informed the team were working on it straight away to issue an update. Great service - great plugins!

i wanted to build a community website and these guys created the perfect plugins for me. to be honest, i want to buy every single one of their plugins. if i had more money i would.

We use BuddyPress with several free BP plugins from Wbcom Designs, and we are extremely satisfied.

The plugins add real value for our community, are updated regularly, and are continuously improved. They integrate seamlessly with their custom themes and work flawlessly from a technical standpoint.

What really stands out is the fast and friendly support, even on weekends. For example, the free "WB Member Blog" plugin had full functionality restored very quickly after an update. Clear support reporting makes follow-ups easy.

It is also worth mentioning that part of their in-house development flows back into the BuddyPress project, strengthening the platform as a whole.

My Experience with Reign Theme + Reign WCFM Addon from WBcom Designs

I’d like to share my experience with the Reign Theme and the Reign WCFM Addon by WBcom Designs. Hopefully, it helps others make an informed decision.

I’m currently building a free platform where I want to showcase good business practices from Indian companies. For this, I purchased the Reign Theme along with the WCFM Addon, thinking it would be a good fit for my setup based on their description.

Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing.

Technical Issues

Right from the start, the theme and addon didn’t work properly. I encountered multiple bugs, and several core functions were broken or simply incompatible with my setup. I tried to troubleshoot on my own, but it was clear that the product wasn’t stable.

No Support

I wrote countless emails to their support team asking for help—honestly, too many to count. I never received any real response. Not even a “we’re looking into it.” Complete silence.

No Refund

In the U.S., it's normal for companies to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if a product doesn't work. But in this case: no reply, no refund, no acknowledgment at all. I felt completely ignored.

Account Deleted Without Warning

After I asked them to remove my payment information, my entire account was suddenly deleted—without any notice. I lost access to everything: the theme, license keys, documentation, downloads. Gone in a flash.

Serious Concerns About Data Privacy

To this day, I never received confirmation that my payment data was actually removed. Since my profile was deleted so abruptly, I now have serious concerns about how this company handles sensitive customer data. I truly hope they won’t misuse it.

Final Thoughts

I honestly cannot recommend WBcom Designs. The product didn’t work, support was non-existent, and when I asked tough questions, they deleted my account. That’s not how a trustworthy company should operate.
If you’re thinking about buying from them, please be cautious—especially if you're sharing personal or payment data.
