As a new customer, I would recommend My Wealth. My advisor, Danny, was patient, friendly, professional and clearly explained my options to put me in the best pension position. The process was very efficient and required minimum effort on my part, but I now feel I understand what is required to retire early. I wished I'd had the conversation years ago.

The financial advisor I have with My Wealth is super helpful, giving me lots of personalised advise about retirement planning including provision for my wife and children. However, there have been some misunderstandings, especially about timing. Moving Cash ISAs from a buildeing society to a My Wealth stocks and shares ISA too far longer than I expected and it took a while to get to the bottom of the problem - that the building society had sent the funds by cheque not by bank transfer. Whenever such communication issues have arisen, they have been satisfactorily resolved, but the fact that such issues occurred is what makes me give a 4 star rating rather than 5.

Jack was amazing and understood what I required, there was no rush at anytime.

The experience i received on my one to one call was very professional and informative. I had a meeting with the seminar but this call was tailored to my needs.
