The staff are so ptient and helful they will explain something more than once and fully support your understanding of everything including risks. I would recommend their services.

Thank you to John Sherman who has provided me with excellent advise and support in navigating all my pension pots under one area. This will help me manage things more effectively. I would recommend the service and I feel like it's one less thing to worry about as I approach my retirement in the next 10 years !

My experience with My Wealth has been nothing but positive. Having reached a stage of needing to prepare for retirement and think about getting things in order and consolidating pensions, I had the opportunity through my current employer to reach out for some initial free advice from My Wealth. I spent a considerable amount of time with my advisor Tyra who was helpful, professional, thorough and understanding and subsequently decided to go ahead with the transfer of my pensions. At every step of the way Tyra and other colleagues at My Wealth have been efficient and responsive and I feel happier and confident now that my money will be better looked after to support me and my family in the future, and that I have ongoing support or advice whenever needed.

I went on this site as I had never had any financial advice. I was guided by a gentleman called Ryan who was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk with, he put lots of effort into showing how my money could be invested and what they could do with my pensions to make them work better.
Sadly at the end of the day I decided it was not the path I wanted to take with my finances. When I explained this to Ryan he asked my concerns but at no stage did he try to pressure me into joining them, he accepted my decision and wished me well and explained I could return at any stage. If things changed I would definitely use them again and ask for Ryan .

I'm sorry but I have been so disappointed with this company. Really poor service. The people were generally nice, but the lack of any respect for you as an individual was stark. It felt like "give us your money and then go away. "

I have been receiving financial advice from John Sherman since deciding to accept voluntary redundancy from the NHS. John has listened carefully to my financial goals and has suggested the best way for me to achieve these. He has been very responsive and supportive in addressing my questions and assuring me that I have understood what we have agreed when I am asked by my employer to confirm what pension options I am taking. I am assured that going forward my investment portfolio will be managed effectively as I am a total novice and have shared my decisions about how much 'risk' I am willing to take with my investments.
