Can not recommend

If you have support issues, you can expect that no one will respond to them and that it will take anywhere from a couple of weeks to eight to ten months before they are answered and resolved. These are not just minor cosmetic bugs, but critical issues that determine whether the system can even be used. I cannot in any way recommend this system to small, medium, or large companies, as it can barely handle my normal daily workload. I’ve worked with the system for many years but continue to be repeatedly disappointed by the extremely poor support on essential issues that cause the system to malfunction.

Would definitely recommend!!

I have been using webCRM for 5 years. Firstly, the customer service is great - helpful, friendly and efficient. Really important. I use the system for emailing membership, invoicing, recording donations etc. and find it very intuitive. The granular segmentation of the database is especially useful. Would definitely recommend!!

Clear teaching, clear understanding.

Our team recently took part in a WebCRM demo that was headed by Charlotte Gallagher. Out of all the demonstrations we took part in, WebCRM left one of the best impressions. Charlotte confidently took us through all aspects of the CRM that would directly relate to what we were doing; explaining the possibilities of each feature, and confidently answering each of our questions.

Great product and team behind it.

Charlotte Gallagher held a free demo with our team recently to go over the CRM platform. She is an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable about the product - being able to answer our questions or quickly following up on any areas we needed further clarification.

The product itself is good with areas that can be adapted to facilitate a large range of business needs with a simple enough interface and integration possibilities. This makes it particularly useful for agile approaches and for businesses that look to scale up and diversify over time.

Excellent Free Demo

After being asked to look for a CRM by my MD, I spent weeks researching the vast number of options out there. I had several Free Demo's but the one offered by Charlotte at WebCRM was by far the most instructive. Charlotte was able to answer all my questions and explained all the functions and flows offered by the system. WebCRM offers everything we need and will be our choice to help grow our business.

WebCRM does the job

WebCRM had been a great tool for us over the years. It's very adaptable if you take the time to understand the system and know what you're looking for. Each year new things keep getting added which makes the usability easier each time. As always with these systems it's very difficult for them to adapt exactly to what you may require as a company and you only get out of it what you put in. Happy we went with WebCRM 9 years ago now.

Absolutely superb service and high professional

BaxterStorey have been using webCRM for many years now. Over the past year we have been working on an extremely complex project for our Client Database and James Waplington and the team have been brilliant in implementing exactly what we require so far. We are very excited to continue working with webCRM as we move onto the next stage of this exciting project. I can highly recommend this company the service and professionalism is absolutely superb.

Great software that works and is…

Great software that works and is configured without too much issue but the team supporting is what makes it great. Namely Stephen, James and Ben. They know their craft. Now enjoying VOIP which was recently integrated into webCRM. its working great thanks to the guys there.

webCRM - clarity and control!

Having used webCRM for over 2 years I now recommend them to all my clients. We provide a lead generation solution to a wide range of companies and the flexibility combined with simplicity of use, excellent reporting ability alongside great support means both my team and my clients have clarity and control. We have used a variety of CRM's over the years which I found to be costly both financially and from a time perspective because they just weren't adaptable to our requirements.
webCRM has removed the stress and frustrations!

Suited the best for us!

We needed a new, easy version that everybody could learn. Company is not that big but there is a vast amount of clients we have. The customer service made everything easy for us and we found that this was the best thing for us!

After weeks of struggling to find a CMS …

After weeks of struggling to find a CRM system that was both simple to use and which had the functionality we needed, I was so glad to be referred to James and webCRM.

Not only have we found the perfect product to meet our needs but James and Stephen have made the transition painless and straightforward - they're always available (even over the Christmas break) and best of all they do what they say they will.

I can't recommend them highly enough.

Give James a call - you'd be crazy not to...

James has been great. A CRM system is unchartered territory for this sector (Private Hire) and took some convincing to get the sign off from the MD. However, it's proving a worthwhile investment already and has given us much needed structure in the Sales Dept. plus a real opportunity to revisit the client base and gain valuable insights as well as engage with clients on the next level.
