Can not recommend
If you have support issues, you can expect that no one will respond to them and that it will take anywhere from a couple of weeks to eight to ten months before they are answered and resolved. These are not just minor cosmetic bugs, but critical issues that determine whether the system can even be used. I cannot in any way recommend this system to small, medium, or large companies, as it can barely handle my normal daily workload. I’ve worked with the system for many years but continue to be repeatedly disappointed by the extremely poor support on essential issues that cause the system to malfunction.
