I paid WebGuru Infosystems for website development, hosting services, and two blog posts. Unfortunately, not all of the agreed work was delivered. The project suffered from repeated delays, poor communication, and substandard quality.

I was particularly disappointed by the quality of the work that was provided. In my opinion, it appeared that AI-generated content may have been used without adequate editing or customization. The issue is not the use of AI itself, but the lack of quality control and the failure to provide the professional service I paid for.

There were no hidden fees or overcharges, but I did not receive the level of service and deliverables that were promised. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Webguru has a very professional team and their customer service is very prompt, quick and helpful.
I have been with with WebGuru Infosystems for a while now, their service delivery more than expected.
