So quick, same day cleaning, app is easy to use and the professional was great! First time using wecasa but won't be the last.

Paid for 3 hours and she left after 2 hours 35 mins which I would not mind if the house was clean. She missed a few things (very few surfaces dusted, changed the bed but not the bottom sheet!? And didn’t change the towels or empty the bathroom bin even though I’d asked her to.). Frustrating when I’d left towels and sheets out and said where they were and to change them all. All of this could have been done in under 3 hours. What’s angered me though is finding that my stainless steel cooker hood and sink which are very new are now rusting because of the cleaning product and abrasive scrubber she has used. I’m not even sure if / how that can be fixed. I’ve asked wecasa for a refund and filed a complaint and yet to hear back. I think they don’t vet their cleaners so it’s your luck whether you get someone good or not.

Good service, fair price, easy to book!

Everything was easy and efficient. Plus valentina got rid of all limescale in my house. Amazing!

I had a really positive experience with wecasa, a dedicated and friendly cleaner who wasn’t afraid to put in hard work.

They get a two because the cleaners that have turned up have been good. However, FIVE times in a row the cleaner has not turned up. This is different cleaners, and with no reason given.

Would definitely NOT recommend.

The booking process was simple.

Worst experience ever!!! The ‘pro’ did not have any cleaning experience. Stank of cigarettes, wore his shoes on my cream carpets. Left my house dirtier than when he came. For a 2.5 hour clean he hoovered the kitchen about 6 times and still left the floor dirty. Huffed and puffed just kept opening and closing doors but not actually doing anything He didn’t touch any bathrooms or toilets within this time, didn’t empty a bin and said the hoover was too heavy to take upstairs so he showed me he cleaned the carpets with his duster. My carpets were filthy and left with hair balls from the duster use. I am extremely angry and dissatisfied with this service and I will not be retuning customer or recommend anyone. Clearly you don’t ‘vet’ your staff. I would like to be contacted for a full refund asap.

Easy to use, fair pricing, good service

They keep charging me every week even though I do not use the service (no one has ever cleaned my house). They assured me they canceled all appointments. They refunded my first week. But have charged me again this week and were very uncooperative when I asked for the refund.
It is very frustrating.

Terrible booking system. I've booked a slot for the next day and been waiting 6 hours. It's now 6pm and still nothing. I tried to add more slots but the system randomly selects a time and won't let me add more. Forget talking to anyone. The AI chatbot is useless and no one gets back to you when you request to speak to a real person. I don't want to cancel as not sure I'll get my money back as they state no refunds within 24 hours of booking. Now I'm stuck waiting as can't book another service as you have to pay upfront.
