I subscribed to Wegovy treatments only…

I subscribed to Wegovy treatments only because I thought it was a reasonable price, £59 a month would be my price limit until I discovered the price increases drastically throughout the course of weight loss. As soon as I discovered this I unsubcribed from my subscription - I failed to get a refund so decided to take the pills for the month.
Side effects included Nausea, tiredness and hot flushes. This was week 1. I thought I woukd carry on hoping these side effects would subside.
Week 2. Just as bad.. the awful nausea feeling sticks with you for most of the day, around about 4pm your ready for food and eat like there's no tomorrow 🤔 What an awful cycle to be in!!
Thank goodness I cancelled because a higher dose of this would finish me off 😩
I really got pulled into this by clever marketing and watching silly adverts on Facebook. Ignore them! Take notice of reviews that's all I can say.
They don't tell you the downside of these awful pills.
If you made the same mistake as me and want to cancel make sure it's done with your bank too, don't let them take your money!
Double check with whoever you made the purchase with that everything is cancelled too.
This is an experience I wouldn't want to recommend to anyone 😩

Waste of money and I gain more weight

Waste of money and after I finished it
because it was too expensive even in Denmark.
I gain more weight and fat then I had before I use this awful medicine.
I would never recommend Wegovy only if you have diabetes not for weight lost.👎
Safe you money and find an alternativ.

On 6th week of tablets

On 6th week of tablets - slow weight loss which I am ok with. Definitely suppresses my apetite- after main meal around 6 I don't eat anything till breakfast. No food noise anymore. I hope to lose much more weight in month 3 on higher dose. We shall see!

Today

Today, August 19, 2026, when I cancelled my plan, £194 was charged to my account without warning—even though I had informed them I had already reached my goal. I also explained that I am currently being treated for depression and severe bipolar disorder. The money was intended for a different bill, but they refused to issue a refund, claiming the medication was already on its way (despite the fact that delivery takes a full business day). The representative, Nathalia, told me I could go to the authorities or whoever I wanted, but the refund wouldn't happen because "that’s not how things work under UK law." She suggested that once the medication arrived at my home, I could simply dispose of it at any pharmacy. What does she think? That I found my money in the trash? The only "trash" here is the service I received. I spent from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM trying to get a refund I won't get, forced to accept medication I don't want—medication that could potentially worsen my health condition—yet they are trying to force me to keep it. I do not recommend this service; I am only giving it one star because I am required to.

Don't do it!

Month 1 - apart from a feeling of nausea up to day 10 I was fine, no weight loss and no difference to my appetite. Started month 2, the acid reflux and nausea were horrendous, I made it to day 12 and by then I was waking in the night with horrible acid reflux, my stomach was full of air, noisy and very uncomfortable. I wasted £199 but I don't care, I will never use this again. It was a horrible experience.

I am second month in and taking 4mg…

I am second month in and taking 4mg daily. The lower doses seem to do little to suppress my appetite, in fact, if anything it does the reverse. You need iron willpower to lose weight on the lower doses but I can see why it is necessary to build up the dosage gradually.
Apart from a little constipation I haven’t suffered from any other side effects which is a major relief as I have an allergic reaction to some other medications.
I am persevering with the tablets and just celebrating the small wins in my weight loss journey. Hopefully when the dosage is increased it will become a tad easier going.

Awful stuff

Awful stuff. I tried this for 3 months, gradually increasing the dose and lost no weight whatsoever.

What it did achieve though was to give me terrible stomach cramps, Diarrhea, acid reflux, gas, bloating, sickness, lack of energy and just generally feeling really unwell.

The only way I can see this medication helping to reduce weight is because you either feel too sick to eat or you're sh***ing through the eye of a needle.

Oh, and you have to pay £120+ per month for the privilege.

I took my first dose of 2.5 yesterday

I took my first dose of 2.5 yesterday. So far I've experienced moderate muscle pain, fatigue, diarrhea, stomach cramps... dry throat... I'm pretty skeptical now .
I hope to lose at least a kilo a week considering I only eat 1000 calories a day
I will be back with another review.

Having never tried glp1

Having never tried glp1. I've struggled for about 5/6 years with different diets, losing a couple pounds here and there.
I contacted bolt pharmacy. We decided wegovy would be good to try.
I started Monday 25th may.
Food noise was gone on Tuesday 26th and no negative symptoms.
Had my second on 1st June.
I've lost 8lbs in that time.

I'm really happy so far with the results.

Appetite decreased in 24 hours along…

Appetite decreased in 24 hours, but then came strong nausea and heightened smell. Headaches came within 24/48 hours and stayed daily. Felt lethargic daily.
The thought of food even made me feel nauseus.
Lost 2lb in first week but seriously the 2nd week was hard with the side effects.
Decided not to take 3rd injection as the side effects were too much.

Does not work

Does not work. I, like many others swapped to wagovy because munjaro was expensive. Lost 22lbs on munjaro. Not lost a thing in 2 months on wagovy. back to munjaro in 2 weeks. Look round there are good deals on the munjaro. Don't waste your money on wogovy.

Tried this for 4 months

Tried this for 4 months, went upto 1.7mg and only lost 2lb in 4 months!! Lost all my hair instead 😭 they keep saying the hair loss is due to drastic weight loss but 2lb over 4 months is NOT drastic?! These glp1’s definitely make you lose hair!!!!

I am very concerned

I am very concerned, the number on their website 1-800-4-WEGOVY took me to a message that said there was no one available at that number, then I got switched to a guy who wanted to reward me with a gift card, etc, and then he said he would transfer me to Wegovy. Finally, after they took my credit card for the $4.95 activation fee, I was suspicious, I tried to opt out and said that I didn't want it, the person became angry and said there was no way of undoing the charge, because I already said yes. I hope this isnt a scam, I will be really upset.
