Great customer service and products! The quality is great, whether the cotton or wool pillows and the cotton duvet is quite warm too. If the wool pillow is too high, it can also always be adjusted by removing wool from it. So it's adjustable by preference.
Customer service is also great, I spoke with 2 people on the phone and they were both very friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions. They genuinely like what they're doing. Last but not least, delivery was super fast too.

I have had good experiences with Weids Wonen & Slapen. The sheep's wool duvet I ordered was perfect, had a good price and was delivered quickly.

Excellent (summer light) wool quilt. We sleep very well under it, keeps you at the right temperature at night, not too cold and you don*t get sweaty either. If we need more warmth for the colder temperatures I will just order another one and attach it with the studs.
Delivery was very quick and the customer service was very friendly with answering some questions.

They do not respect European directives regarding online purchases and returns, refusing to return products within the 14-day trial period. Furthermore, they hold your money hostage once you return the goods, asking for money to release the goods (which you don't want) back to you. I'm currently in the processing of filing a complaint with the European Consumer Centre.

I have bought 2 blankets from this site. I choose them because the description of the one blanket said that I can wash the blankets with 95! degrees. The description of the other blanket fid not say anything about the temperature. Do automatically I decided that it's also 95
I have opened the parcel today to wash the blankets and it said on the blanket "washing 40 degrees"
Shock.

I find it really false information. I also did not receive any electronic factuur for the blankets. I only have the bank transfer confirmation, that you can see in the attachment

Any suggestions?

I have spent a lot of time on researching for the blankets. As far as the description on the double blanket was mentioning 95 degrees in the first lines, I automatically put it on the single blanket, though it's not written in the description. But this information is indeed listed in the specifications. Which I did not check. My mistake.

It took me a lot of time to pack it back, bring the huge box to post.nl and pay the sending cost.

I ordered a bed sheet and took it out of the package since there was no fabric sample added to the pack. How are customers supposed to make a purchase decision if we can’t feel or see the material?
I returned the product unused and neat. However, in addition to the shipping costs, I also had to pay 25% of the selling price. This was explained by the reason that the product has to be packed again. I highly doubt that it costs 25% of the selling price to pack the product again.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this shop. The return policy is not justified and in my opinion just a rude way to still make profit in case customers decide not to make a purchase.
