Great for basic ESA letters! Fast turnaround time and very straightforward. However, if you’re needing any additional documents documents, I don’t recommend this company. Customer service is not great and very slow.

I am very pleased with my experience using Wellness Wag. The process was extremely easy for requesting an ESA letter; the information was put in and processed by professionals. Although I ended up going through my PCP to obtain the ESA document - the letter that was provided was used as a template (and was approved through petscreening.com). The service alone I would give 5/5 because I was able to email in and receive a response within one hour (or less). Another great option was to be able to use Klarna for the payment!

Incredibly straight forward and easy process to get my dog re-certified as an ESA after moving to a new state. Very transparent with local rules and regulations, and was all able to be completed online. Would highly recommend!

I would give them a 0 if possible. I have had nothing but problems with them. They never provided anything, they never explained anything, they never helped with anything. It took almost a year for them to even address my issue, they then promised a refund, which has yet to arrive and billed me for a renewal for a product I never received after I told them I was done with them. I had to call them and tell them to cancel the renewal, which thankfully they did. But I'm still waiting on the refund they promised from the first issue.

It was such a smooth process quick and easy, I got my ESA letter looked over and approved within days. They worked with me and my situation perfectly would definitely use again.

I definitely recommend WellnessWag for anyone needing to get an ESA Letter with very quick turnaround. I had contacted a therapist and she used the excuse that she is an independent and didn’t have letterhead. I told her all she had to do is write a letter explaining why I needed my dogs for emotional support. She knows I suffer from anxiety and depression. It is really severe and affects my daily life. Anyways, I researched a few different websites. I found WellnessWag and completed my intake. I didn’t immediately sign up because I had my reservations. My experience with Wellnesswag was exceptional. Not to set any unrealistic expectations, but we were in a jam over the Easter holiday, and Wellnesswag came through for us anyway. We sent our request for an ESA on Saturday, and on Easter Sunday, they delivered! If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you so much for your quick and caring response; it made a huge difference in our weekend.

Wellness wag made it so easy to get the needed paperwork. The intake and process was fast, simple and efficient but the reason I felt so compelled to write this is because of the service I got specifically from my physiotherapist, Keith Welsh. Not only did he go out of his way to review my file LATE into the evening (I submitted my inquiry in the evening, not expecting to hear back until the next day), but he made sure I got the necessary paperwork via email, text, and had the info to get into the portal. He was so kind and explained everything and also made it clear he was personally available if I needed anything, which you don’t really get nowadays. The next day, my landlord emailed me right before 5 pm and I was able to reach out to Keith and correct the problem WITHIN minutes. He replied promptly and provided a solution before my landlord left for the day. Absolutely incredible service. Keith was a true gem to work with and I feel very lucky to have connected with him as he genuinely cares about his clients and their wellbeing (which again, you don’t get nowadays). I am truly thankful to Keith specifically but also wellness wag for having such amazing talent on their team.
