Advertising they had the product when they didn’t. 2-3 days delivery let’s try 13 days even though I payed extra for delivery, very poor service.

In no hurry to issue a refund
After changing my order I waited 10 days without receiving a refund, called to ask why it hadn't been paid, was told it would be done that day. Called again the following day as still no refund and they said it would be issued in 2 hours. I received it 8 hours later, 11 days after cancelling my order.

Ordered items in June and they took the money. They never had stock of the items yet charged my card, informed they were on back order for 14-28 days expected delivery. After 40 days i cancelled the order as items were still nowhere being delivered. Its now been 2 weeks and still no refund. They are quick to take money but slow(if ever) to pay it back. Typical Middlesex company!
