I was selling my late father's property whilst living over three hours away, which was an incredibly difficult and emotional time. Recently sold my flat through Westcoast and although a long process (not down to the agents) Megan and all the team were professional throughout. I was able to speak to them when I had questions and they worked well in talking to all parties. Would recommend you use Westcoast as I had a great experience.

Absolutely the most unprofessional service you could imagine - listing was put in wrong category causing a poor sale and a right couple of nasty women working at the Patchway branch! Especially the branch manager! heard them talking bad about people and making fun - it was like a school playground in there - AVOID!

Bad experience

With this company. Was told one thing by one agent and something else by another. Long wait times and the manager of the property just seemed to disappear. They will take all your money from a deposit but are clearly the ones at fault. Have to now go through TDS to raise a dispute after waiting over a month for anything.

I would highly recommend Westcoast. Jack was always available to help.

My husband and I were buying a house in East Brent through bur ham on sea estate agents I won’t name him but he knows who he is our agents got together with a plan and brokered a deal to move forward with no 19 red house high ridge road we bent over backwards to make the transition easy for the vendors as they were leaving the country before Christmas we were told everything was and moving forward as discussed ,fast forward to 12 of January West coast bur ham on sea sold the house to some one else and never contacted or communicated what was going on allowing us to counter offer or discuss the matter further,zero communication We were informed casually the house had been sold to some one else never have I been more shocked blindsided and blatantly lied to from a person who is supposed to be in a position of trust I would never trust this estate agents again the under hand way this has been executed is a disgusting disgraceful way for an Estate agents to act what should have been a simple house sale has left me completely shocked at the sly underhand treatment we have recieved shame on you know who you are 😡 Avoid this agent

The process of our purchase was unusually long, due to various reasons. But from the beginning till the very end, we got consistently help and support from Emily in most efficient and timely manner.

Great team very personable and excellent communication throughout the sale process. Took care of all viewings and provided feedback on each viewing within 24 hours. Responses very quick to any of our queries and resolved a number of issues quickly. Built trust and rapport quickly and recommended good solicitors with good tech.
