I had insurance on my washing machine due to living with my mum who is incontinent. Sliders in the machine broke off . This company was assigned my case. They were atrocious. Didn't fulfill requested re contacts didn't turn up when they said they would. Implied I was a liar when I referenced their call times. And left my mum for 15 days with no machine. Even now I have a machine whose door flies open half way through a wash! How is that even possible??? Have a complaint in with domestic and general but they don't care either! Normally I support all independent companies but this time I am so disappointed

The company were able to install a new appliance at very short notice and the work was carried out promptly and efficiently by the engineers Matthew and his colleague. They were very helpful and provided an excellent service

Great, friendly and reliable service. Understanding of my disabilty and did what they said they were going to do. Don't hesitate to use them, it is rare nowadays to find a company which simply solves problems such as broken appliance for a reasonable price.

Came very quickly to look at our washing machine unable to fix but gave good advise about a new one. Ordered it on the Thursday and sorted out out our plumping as wasnt correct and fitted it on the monday. Very pleased and he was very polite and helpful.

Was punctual and dealt with problem efficiently.
